Hi Justin Gordon, your video is very is impacting me a lot to change my daily routine. I strongly feel we need a strong community and a lot of support to help people wake up early. I am experiencing some depressed and low mood recently which is really affecting my ability to wake up in the morning due to lack of sleep and energy. While getting up early in the morning is important, it is also important to realize other aspects such as good amount and quality of sleep, and healthy food and exercise are also very important. Thank you for your video and support. 👍

"If you are a person who wakes up everyday wondering why you are in the same position you have been in for years, I can almost guarantee you it is because you were in the negotiation phase of your life for too long," he said. "Life requires an abundant amount of action. There is no action taken in the negotiation and explaining away phase."

Always remember when you are on the treadmill or bike or doing HIIT or some sort of long-type cardio: "I enjoy doing this, this energises me and brings me energy and passion and I want to put everything to it because I can and am able to", at least this is how I like to think of it. I like to believe, and I truly do, that when I am at my peak and think I have reached my max at the treadmill, for example, I try to "embrace the moment" so to speak and enjoy it as much as I can, not trick myself but truly find enjoyment in getting all this energy and pushing my body and muscle as far as possible, that is how I like to think about it. Apply it and you will see yourself going a lot farther than you think you could.

The cookies, people, are not ultra premium nor akin to Rolex. The image, the box only, is as close as one gets to a watch box and not Rolex. The language is crude in the description for the cookies, it fails to list the total ingredients (legal in Ca?), comparisons to Kanye West, Mr. Hitler lover...it's a novelty until you get the product. Cookies over $10.00 a piece should consistently taste good. The packaging, greatly reduced. The pamphlet in high gloss, eliminated. We don't need references to Kanye West to enjoy a cookie. People, save your money. Read reviews. Nobody has said they'd buy a second time. Its a bit more than the pet rock of decades past, slightly better in ediblity! It's all hype.

I bought a 4 string bass and a 5 sting bass 3 years ago. This was just an experiment to see if I could really learn to play them. I would get up at 3 AM and practice every day. Well, I learned to play much faster, so I got bored. I bought a keyboard. Getting bored with that too. I guess it's time to start a band. Thanks.
