For such a detailed game I’m surprised that we don’t have environmental hazards like tornadoes. We had one thunderstorm in one mission and freezing cold glaciers in the mountains but no actual major environmental impacts in free roam. Thunderstorms could’ve qualified with lightning strikes to the player.
I really do think its a resource issue. We shouldn't forget that this game was developed for old gen consoles (One/PS4), and the PC port came a year later. However, I'm convinced that with GTA 6, we'll have the opportunity to see this.
