I used the yellow poly bushes so easy to install by hand but don't look original and I found eventually that it was easier to fit the rear lower rods and then lift chassis up to fit springs then fit shocks (your chassis is looking great )can I ask are your springs heavy duty as mine are sagging abit

Those brake discs look just the job. When I hit the link it was for 94 onwards? Mines is a 1990 200tdi - I take it they just fit? Ta!

Where the holes were that you welded up, letting in a plate would have been much better in my opinion. All that heat in those horizontal beads will have weakened the metal.The Heat Affected Zone (HAZ) will eventually crack because the stresses built up will eventually be too much.

invest in ACF50 ,,, do the inside of the chassis and you will stand a chance of keeping it decent , waxol is not the way to go.
