Have people become so stupid that they can't fillet fish ? And so useless that they can't do basic stuff like sharpen a knife ? Guess not to both by the amount of people giving him fish and by the comments here. What has humanity come to when the mundane is interesting, and beyond the skills of most people.

Good skill but would never let him fillet my fish. He doesnt keep the fillets or his workspace clean. Plenty better in NZ with better skills and hygiene. Good effort though
