That is a good question...I need to look into that I didn't even realize it was 40 before I even hit him. I had ring yi sang passive, but you need to hit for it to give the sanity. I think the e.g.o. gift from the dungeon also gives sp after killing.

@funnyhateddude9825 I'll have to run the dungeon again to make sure they didn't nerf it or it being some sort of bugged interaction. Edit: it must be recent because another video that was uploaded a few days ago I saw the same thing.

not really. Cassetti is a pushover, he got pinned down by ishy and meursault before don stab cassetti over and over and over again. the only reason he's that strong is because 1. he's well fed. 2. the inside of a warp train going funky for bloodfiends, allowing bloodfiends to recover nonstop. the only reason we had such a hard time dealing with him is because the long dragged out fight. even if your body recovers, your mental fatigue can't be helped. imagine fighting a cockroach that can punch you. thats how it felt lol. of course after few hours of nonstop battle everyone would be fatigued.

@Mikairium so you know how bloodfiends needing blood is purely psychological
