After screwing down onto the tow ball, he pulls the handle down and then up again twice - what does this do ? as he ultimately leaves it in the up position. Are you supposed to leave it in the up position ? Just bought one and can't figure it out ?!?

Where can I get those replacement wheel cradles? I noticed they are similar looking like the Bell Right Up 350...

The instructions included with the Buzzrack Eazzy 2 are as useful as tits on a boar pig. This video not much better. No instruction as to tilting the rack. Only found it after much trial and error.

Does it tilt? Can I open the trunk with the bikes on the rack?

Please show how to drop any of the bike racks back in any of your videos so that ppl can understand and use the features of it. I like the rack so far, but still can’t find any of your videos that show basics such as that

Sitting on the round ball, does it swivel around vertical axis? If not, what prevents it from swivelling besides friction.

NOT for campers/Motor homes!!! I made an awful error, buying this fantastic carrier for two e bikes for use on my camper😩, and noticed, only once we has installed it that our boot couldn't fully open. I had not noticed that it was for cars only during searching for the best possible product to suit our needs. Only spotted this fact, stated on the box it came in after puzzling over what we were doing incorrectly. I know how stupid I was so no need to comment on that ... I just want no-one to make the same mistake! I am SOO disappointed! This is a gorgeous product!

Weight limit is 110lb both my ebikes together with no batteries installed is pushing 116-120 and they managed.( Own risk).. i did also purchase a bike hitch strap for more stability. My wagon is lowered 1inch on eihbachs. Awesome price compared to the hollywood brand that was recommended but would not work for 1 n 1/4 hitch.*
