I just finished it and end up giving it a 5 star rating. 2025 Most Anticipated: - Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros (currently reading) - Water Moon by Samantha Sotto Yambao - Great Big Beautiful Life by Emily Henry - Blue Sisters by Coco Melon - Frozen River by Ariel Lawhon - The Three Lives of Cate Kay by Kate Fagan Also high priority to read are Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir (my husband ripped that one a new one and now I need to read it so we can discuss!) and The Bear and the Nightingale by Katherine Arden. I would also like to read Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir and Daisy Darker by Alice Feeney.

I was so conflicted about this book up until I got to about page 300 and then I was invested. I rarely talk to my daughter about what I'm reading as she is a romanticy girl, however I had to give her updates on this one. Alas no tears for me or any book ever. I would be more likely to tear up over a human interest story. I really appreciated your vlog on this book.

Looks good! I just made the cornflake wreaths, but used twizzlers pull n peels for the berries and a bow instead of those nasty ole red hots! My husband and I decorated some sugar cookies last night too!
