I feel like kpop events are usually weirdly organized lol I haven't been to Kcon but I always hear negative things about lack of information and people get confused. We're currently having the D'Festa exhibition here in CA and they'll announce groups in person ever so often but its usually during the week and they never clarify if people need tickets for the actual exhibition or can stand outside. At least you were in the same room as them lol
