You running 3 ft per minute? Why would you take measurements right out the calibrator? You have down stream tanks with vacuum in them to keep the shape and size. You wouldn’t mic out the part until it is out of the tanks.
I'd get laughed by collagues if i took measurements right out of calibrator 😂
Calibrators look a bit leaky
I'd wait tills exited the haul off first. Also it takes a while to size before the product is ready to pass quality control
