நம்ம நேரடியாக Magistrate-ஐ நீதிமன்றத்தில் சந்திக்க முடியுமா..?
yes, via an Advocate you can file a complaint. Note: The CRPC/ BNSS. sections for filing complaint with respect to non- cognizable and cognizable offence differs. All the best. Happy Learning :)
@vlslawacademy-x1q Tqq sir..
Same way doctors cant initiate treatment without investigation, Do people ,court understand that
So, Police will start investigation without FIR and only at the time of filing charge sheet, they will register the FIR? This is unfair if true. Investigation or preventive action not starting in a timely manner is half the reason crimes are increasing. The narrated approach seems to be aimed at showing favourable statistics. No wonder statistics got branded as a highest form of lying.
Dear Sir, The registration of a First Information Report (FIR) is a prerequisite for the police to initiate formal investigations. As mandated by law, the police are duty-bound to accept and register an FIR, contingent upon the severity of the offence. Upon registration of the FIR, the police are required to submit a charge sheet within the stipulated timeframe, which is as follows: - 60 days for offences punishable with imprisonment of less than 10 years - 90 days for offences punishable with imprisonment of more than 10 years Thank you.
@@VLSLAWACADEMY Thank you for the clarification. The spirit of the time limits is to make the investigation time bound. It is being flouted in pracice by delaying the formal registration of the FIR itself. At least is there a publiished statistics how the TN police perform againt these norms of 60 days and 90 days post FIR?

Sure sir we will update in upcoming video's
Is there a time limit guideline, or is there a section that defines a prolonged investigation pertains to FIR as an offence.
Generally, police are mandated to register a First Information Report (FIR) when the alleged offence is cognizable in nature. However, if the offence is non-cognizable, the police may delay registering the FIR, citing the need to verify the nature and authenticity of the information provided by the informant. In cases of undue delay, the informant can appeal to the Superintendent of Police, who is the administrative head of the police station and supervises the Inspector. This provision ensures that the informant's grievances are addressed, and justice is served.
Very useful information. Please keeping doing these videos forfoundational knowledge. As you progress, suggest some books as well.

I don't prefer ONE NATION ONE ELECTION. But I do want PRESIDENTAL SYSTEM, where legislature (parliament) and Executive( govt) seperate. So we can directly select our head of govt. and our MPs would be independent.
