I think Battle Blades Optimus is a leader class figure, this is deluxe so it'll be smaller for sure. The masterpiece Side Swipe should be the same size as BB Optimus

@@Djungleskoggames Mine too isn't in the best condition, the face plate came off after a fall. Given the height of the fall and how the figure still is, it is for sure a sturdy one.

Can't compare a masterpiece to the human Alliance series as the masterpiece will win everytime. Heavier, more durable and no doubt better articulation. But with that comes the price tag lol

I didn't know what he looked like without the faceplate until mine broke, It's not bad but year it's kinda scary. Bayverse optimus without the faceplate reminds me of Voldemort lol

Not a lot of accessories with these guys but there is a box of weapons from mcfarlane sold separately. Definitely not the same thing though.

These guys are worth it, 19 years they had and got it right. Ed, Dexter and Jeph all did such good work on these guys. Todd didn't take any input from outside and got them spot on.
