Good video. They are both good for edc. For me, I prefer the wedge in both versions due to the size and minimal amount of space they take up in my jeans pocket. What’s the point of having a light if becomes a burden to carry it and you stop?

Had the same feed problem with my G44. Polished the chamber and feed ramp. 0 problems, have had a fialure since. I use cci .22 max .

I have a ton of surefire lights and to me they’re the gold standard. That being said, I also have a few stream lights. They aren’t anything special, but I’ve never had an issue with one.

Marketing and mark-ups don't make a part better. I believe we should all try to get at least good enough. People in the know have videos saying a manufacturer will supply multiple companies with similar items. Forget about pricing, if you can find real reasons to call one brand better than the other brand, get it. BCM upper is tighter when you install the barrel. That is a better feature to me, I'll pay the money for that. Multiple people say military spec lowers are basically all the same. Get a $50 PSA lower and put top level parts in it.

It me, the waster of money on different safety's to end up on the FCD, lol. Also, to the point of stream light, it's just a great budget option. But agree at the same time, you could save a couple doll hairs each check and wait for a sale.

Couldn't agree more, except for the FCD safety lol. I tend to notice and see most who make the comments about buyiny cheaper or budget to have more money for ammo or training just have more cheaper guns ans equipment and no ammo or training. Its just a comment like a validationn comment on your last purchase, they just wanna feel good, yet own half a dozen budget rifles when probably should sell them get pne solid rifle with optic, light, sling and a few cases of ammo.

The same goes for their pistol lights the “HL” models etc… surefire is literally on all of my firearms, and workers get mad at me when I walk in a new gun shop asking if they have any surefire turbos “no we don’t sell those but what about streamlight there the same thing if you ask me” uh no, there not i want the best of the best in my opinion it’s surefire and modlights. I’ve messed around with a few and they seem better than streamlight (imo) great video bro

It would be more valuable if you were more prepared for the video.

Make sure the optic screw that's above the extractor plunger is not making contact with the plunger. If it is making contact, then file it down to shorten it as this causes a lot of malfunctions. Also, It might be best to reinstall the OEM mag release. The metal mag releases have been known to wear down the ledges on the polymer mags causing them not to fully seat properly.

I’ve had mine for about a year. After about 1200 rounds I started having extractor problems. Sent it back to Springfield, they fixed it, no problems since. I also had them work on the safety for a more positive click and I had them put on some night sights. I put a set of VZ G10 grips on it and it is pretty sweet. No problem carrying it cocked and locked.

I've shot the Heritage SA 22, and that Wrangler looks sweet, but I think if I were to get one it may be Diamondback's version. Cool wheelgun

If you are not using the switch illumination- you don't need to connect the black ground- that is just for that. I called RC trying to do this install on my 2010- which doesn't have switches that change colors/per se. Good job- wish I had found this earlier- call CR today because I couldn't find wiring info. Once I got the green for power- easy! Thanks for doing this. If I may- I know a few people who use 2nd gen tacomas may be looking for this. Maybe add it to the title for those of us who search. :)

When you struggle putting the cover on, try wiggling the retaining pin. Make sure the “paddle” points upwards. These go back on very smoothly and easily, but won’t unless the pin is properly oriented and far-out enough.

I believe you didn't set zero and you should have get laser bore set zero first before live round test it red dot and magnifier not supposed be there real scope supposed be there you will see difference between micro scope with red dot set up and find out sent to best company zero set for you and see the results

I just installed this same handguard today, (I waited a year for MW to have them in stock). I went with the 'remove FSB & flash hider' route since I had already the tools. Looks great and the lock-up seems pretty solid. Hope to take take it out next weekend for a test drive.

I've been getting slam fires when i take my SKS out to the range not to crazy but it's a bit more frequent. I even took the firing pin out and cleaned it made sure the channel was good too. I put it back together it even rattle's when i shake it. Still getting slam fire i think Ima have to replace it :)
