I don't understand why kyries are missing. Normally there are 3 kyrie eleison then 3 Christe eleison then 3 kyrie eleison. 3 for God, 3 for Christ 3 for the holy spirit. And not 2 of each.
In the Novus Ordo a six-fold Kyrie is the most common form though a 9-fold Kyrie is also allowed. In the TLM, it is always 9-fold. In the Ambrosian Rite it is in fact 12-fold!

Piękny i ogromny "instrument" Bardzo ładna gra na tych organach..... 😇
Widać że p. Organista ma podzielną uwagę a do tego ładnie gra, pewnie i z zamkniętymi oczyma też by grał😇 Tabernakulum jest sercem kościoła a organy duszą........ A czy Pan śpiewa na "zwykłych"mszach? Jestem ciekawa głosu😊 Pozdrawiam
Gram na Polskich i Szkockich mszach, i z tego co ja wiem, Polska jest chyba jedynym krajem w którym zawód organisty wymaga nie tylko grania, ale i śpiewania.. np w moich szkockich parafiach, zawód organista jest raczej pracą akompaniatora, ja tylko gram na organach, nie śpiewam bo parafianie nie są tak niezdarni jak Polacy, i wszyscy śpiewają razem.. ale na wszystkich moich Polskich mszach, śpiewam bo po prostu taka jest polska konwencja na mszach 😅 Czyli oczywiście nie wiem w jakiej sytuacji jest ten pan w filmie, może ma nagrania i ślicznie śpiewa, ale jeśli nie jest Polakiem, jest wielka szansa że on po prostu gra na organach. Ale jak powiedziałem, może podchodzi do śpiewania całkiem poważnie i śpiewa ładnie, to co napisałem jest po prostu co ja zauważyłem w byciu organistą w różnych krajach. Pozdrawiam! 😇

2/28/24 has not yet occured. Nonetheless, this piece is enchanting. It is not at all typical if Catholic liturgical music, which is usually rife with untrained voices and that one ubiquitous soloist whose voice is bland and annoying.
