GoPro Hero 11 Running Strathclyde Park Scotland
Просмотров 87Год назад
I'm currently working on a project that required a GoPro or action camera of some description so went with the Hero 11 and must admit as a first-time user of GoPro's offerings it's more than decent! I'm also transitioning from my limited knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro to Davinci Resolve. This video is just me putting them both to use, but hopefully, I'll be uploading more here in the not-too-di...

👏 👏 👏
Just say you use every single focal length and call it a day 😂
Thanks for the comment 🙄
How thick is the timber and insulation used please?
Very helpful thank you 😊
I built my 5th recording studio in 35 years in 2020. 6 month self build. 12x10' double door workshop on a slab on concrete base. Room inside a room, elcectrics and RJ45 all layed in from the house, All timber, sheetrock and RW3, floatingfloor. And the whole thing rung in under 5K. Please get in touch with me if you think you can help me expand on a modular idea for a garden studio with an STC rating of -50Db. It works in the heart of housing schemes, near busy roads, railways.
that's all the way down to 30Hz.
what? you can't charge it while its on?? that's a bit crap....
‘Quick Charge’ won’t work while it’s on 👍🏻
Legend 🔥. The stabilisation on the 11 is crazy.
First time having one mate! Well impressed 👍🏻
Hi. Great review. Are you still using it? Is it any issue now?
Yes sir, still using it and no issues. A solid purchase ✌🏻
great! Very appreciate for reply
It looks fantastic - Great work - beautiful garden around it. 👌👍
Thanks man! 👊🏻😁
Nice...your setting is great 👍🏻 F1.2 is awesome, but you look a little too close to the camera or the microphone is giving that sensation.
Thanks for watching ✌🏻
😂😅 you are funny
I like your Videos! When will we See the next one?
It’s been a very busy wedding season my man but might do some more content in the winter!
😂😂 Thank you for sharing this video
Do your rear neighbours mind about the height? We're about to get one and worried it will cause an issue with the neighbours!
Shame on the builder, they should have used PIR insulation board
I use a7iii with tamron 28-75g2 and 135 gm Absolutely fantastic
You could have used ethernet through the electricity cable it works though the plug sockets
Hey Mark, I'm just researching into getting a Garden office. Can I ask can you get a flat pack for this and having had it for a few years are there any recommendations?
Not sure on the flat pack mate but this one wasn’t! 100% factor in a small split aircon unit, one that heats too. Without one the heat becomes almost unbearable even in early spring when the sun shines, cheap aircon units and/or fans won’t cut it.
@@markwildphotography Thank you ill take that on board. Are solor panels worth investing into?
@@redmanuk9211 Interesting thought to be honest, one I’ve not had but with energy prices as they are at the moment, I’d say it’s probably well worth it!
I shoot two cameras at weddings but I bring three cameras. If one camera breaks I still have another back up. I've heard of two stories with wedding photographers having two cameras breaking down.
Hi Mark that’s for the info!! I have an A7iii and use a godox V1 on camera. I’m looking to purchase 2 off camera flashes for wedding receptions. Do you know if the V1 will work/link with others? Thanks in advance 😉
100% They’ll work together perfectly.
A7IV - Tamron 35-150mm f2-2.8 A7c - Sony 20mm f1.8/Sigma 65mm f2.0 Considering Switching up though to: A7IV - Sony 100mm f2.8/T5.6 A7III - Sony 20mm f1.8/Sigma 65mm f2.0 (Second Shooter) A7c - Sigma 28-70mm f2.8 So essentially considering trading out that Tamron 35-150 for a A7III, GM 100mm, and picking up a standard zoom for the A7c.
Hii, am actually very close to purchasing the 35-150. Your not happy with it?
@@dannyathanasiou1292 get it and hold onto it haha. most versatile as long as you don’t mind the size
What happened to making content?
There’s simply not enough hours in the day anymore mate!
Going mad 😀 😃
Great video. I'm not a pro but my 35 gm is glued to my a7r iv 😀
why is it not tax deductible if you use it 100% for your work?
Something to do with it not being perceived as equipment but more a structure from which your business operates. My accountant made it clear from the start though, annoying to be honest mate!
50 1.2 Gm and 35gm 1.4 Gm/ Sigma art 85 1.4 mostly all day. But I will use 24. gm if it’s a tight spot and 135gm if I need some reach.
The 24g, 35art, 105sig and the 70-200g.
Always quite fancied the Sigma 105 myself mate! (Size/weight put me off though) Great choices though man!
I'm moving to Sony soon when my A7IV arrives. Picking up the 35mm GM and an 85mm. Not sure which 85 I'll buy. The entry level Sony one or the Sigma. That Sony 1.8 punches well above it's weight. There's a rumoured 85mm GM ii in the works, but we'll see. Probably get the 50mm GM for summer time. Swapping gear is very pricey. Good video. Subbed!
Nice one mark :-) Great Video. My choice Sony 35 Gm f1.4 Sigma 85 Dgn f1.4 Sony 70-200 F2.8 Gm 😎
Nice work!!!
24, 55, 85 here, but I would love to add the 135 to my lineup :) Great video!
Thanks man! You certainly wouldn’t/won’t be disappointed with the 135mm GM man 👌🏻
Thank you for a great video. Subscribed. I'm not a pro like you, just a guy who photographed a lot back in the 80's and 90's and wanted to rekindle my old passion. I have two camera bodies, the Alpha 1 and the A7RIV, and I'm mainly into photography, not video. My lenses are FE 2.8/16-35 mm GM lens (very good but not amazing), FE 1.2/50 mm GM (absolutely fantastic...), the FE 2.8/90 mm MACRO G OSS lens (underrated lens if you ask me) and the FE 1.8/135 GM lens (also absolutely fantastic). The Alpha 1 has amazing and almost flawless autofocus plus great low light performance, but the A7RIV has a slight edge in landscape photography and also cityscapes. I know, lots of gear for an amateur, but hey - some people buy a carbon fiber bike worth 6 000 £, so hobbies are expensive... hehe.
Thanks man! I now have the GM 50mm 1.2 and the 35mm 1.4 both stellar lenses! Oh how I wish I could afford 2 x A1's for work but £12k is a little out of my budget right now! Looking to upgrade to the A7iiii if it's ever released! Thanks for the sub man :)
@@markwildphotography My two favorites are no doubt the 135 and the 50. The 90 Macro is also surprisingly good and great value for money. I primarily use it to digitize old slides and negatives, some negatives dating back to around 1900, so I have the Kaiser system plus a copy stand for that. I use Negative Labs Pro in Lightroom to "develop" the negatives, and the results are amazing. Also, the 90 is great as a landscape lens. I used it to take this photo (since my youngest daughter had borrowed the other suitable lenses.. hehe..) and the result was amazing. It's a link to the raw file, so you need to edit it in lightroom if you wish to pixel peep, but it's amazingly sharp. www.dropbox.com/s/glu2g5jdk6pbcon/DSC04284.ARW?dl=0
@@ohrosberg yo that’s a cool idea to digitalize negatives! I absolutely love my 90mm macro too. Great for filming sports handheld sometimes because the oss ( with older a7iii body it’s really noticeable) And it’s so incredibly sharp😱 also the af clutch is stellar and it really shines on product photography and videos… 50mm GM will follow soon, can’t wait for that piece. And nice reference with the bikes😂 still my bikes cost more than the cam although I already earned money with the camera
Your channel looks so professional I instantly thought it's a 200K subscribers community. Good work and I wish you quick growth.
Just saw this channel and we pretty much have the same setup. I use the 35 and 85, 90 macro during prep and use the 50 and 135 for ceremonies 100% agree with your points :) great video The Sony GM 135 is the best lens IMO.
121th subscriber! I have a feeling your channel will do really well. Nice video btw!
How are you not viral! Great video man

Dude… check out DSM7 for photos on your synology it is next level amazing, especially for viewing on the go and I recommend synology raid or Raid 5, you get more space to use and no bottleneck on failed drives, then again it also depends on the situation.
I totally need to check those out man! I really don't use the NAS to anywhere near it's fullest, thanks for taking the time :)
Awesome build and great quality video. When you said we don’t get much hot weather, I thought.. we’ll it is the UK and then “here in Scotland” 🤣 I’m gonna need to check the weather when I visit definitely.
Great review, thanks! Quick question, for the basic flashing effect, can you change up the rate of flashing?
instant like!
Thank you for sharing costs and insights. An impressive first video. Have you thought of putting up some shading for the hot weeks we might one day have? Also, what did you do about issues like security and insurance? I have just built my own garden room so still sorting some issues out myself.
I’ve since had a Mitsubishi split aircon system installed but before that just fans and minimal clothing 😂 I added it to my house/home insurance and my business insurances cover kit. I had to have insurance approved doors and windows too.
i heard aircon syrems are great for heating/ cooling and very cheap to run.
Bro how do you only have 80 subs, you deserve 100,000, big ups and it’s nice to see someone that makes sense
Thanks man! Appreciate that 😁
seriously cost that much for such a small size?
+++1 Mark
Great video, love your office, it looks amazing! Can I ask how much your ethernet cost to get to your garden office, and how far away roughly it is from your home? My garden is behind my neighbours so I don't know if this is doable. Thanks!
Thank you! I actually ran the cable myself with Ethernet sockets each end. It was about 15m, drilled out and pinned to the side of the house and the fence on the right hand side. Croning the cables in is easy enough but always easier to get someone in! I guess in your situation it’s be down to the neighbours and how well the cable could be hidden as not to annoy them! Thanks again for the comment 😁
