Bret Easton Ellis On Why You Should See Parasite In The Theater
what a self-absorbed dbag BEE comes off as
The BEE does take his time before Cooper gets a moment …
James is so cringe and so is Brett when he wants to screw someone who he is interviewing
Funny considering both "Fight Club" and "American Psycho" have a (erroneously earned) "Sigma" fan base.
Rosanne got canceled. The show kept going. Liberal’s celebrate their agenda. Four years later and it is much worse. James was correct. It is so bad for the country that we ended up with someone like Biden. Harvey Weinstein should have burst the Hollywood bubble, but it really did not. It is still going on.
Unfortunately these days there are vultures everywhere that pick apart anything and everything. 😐
We were in a post racial society 20 years ago. But race baiters and hustlers wouldn’t let racism die. Then blacks predominantly became the racists in our society
Brett post more stuff, LA is literally hell people wanna hear about it
Best adaptation of a Brett Easton Ellis book
I honestly thought the same thing about society being post racial at the time. then people made jokes about anything described as black, black Friday or back in black or amex black etc, with the silly line "that's racist." and then people took it seriously
The two gods of transgressive fiction.
transgressive sexuality, transgressive writing
Ever heard of BURROUGHS??
Not that Ben would ever see this, but if you cared about Disney being put to task for allowing him to make this content and not view it, why look for comment? What comment would you expect when you simply say, "content is [x]". The reason people felt it was a hit piece was because it seemed less about talking about the big story that was Disney, and more about just some petty thing against a youtuber, even if he was the biggest youtuber ever at the time. More importantly, in seemingly going after Pewdiepie than RUclips, you have no real effect on anything, other than literally getting Pewdiepie fired, which maybe he should have been. But the fans of pewdiepie would still love him, most of the people who appreciated the piece either already hated him or didn't know who he was. But, from a journalistic standard, all this and the other two pieces did was distance advertisers from youtube in general. It's hard in good faith to believe you weren't attempting some sort of click bait journalism when no real good faith gain was given to society in the process. It didn't really affect youtube or Google in any real way (any policies in place may have merely been ramped up, but that's about it), and in a sense, it didn't even affect pewdiepie, since he's still making money, still has viewers, and is still out there. I guess what I'm saying is that if you wanted to go into a real deep dive in pewdiepie, you would have discussed much more about what he was saying to his viewers, and the types of things he mentioned. There were many things he liked at the time that evolved into alt-right entities, most specifically Jordan Peterson, with him recommending peterson's book. But you really didn't do that. All of this is also fairly ironic, given that the journal is a right of center, mostly conservative, incredibly capitalist paper, and has hosted writers and thinkers who have helped increase issues regarding anti-semitism and racism in this country.

Logan is one of the greatest actors of all time. Facts!

Dennis Cooper impacted my young-adult development more than most. Love you Dennis
Norm hated Bret Easton Ellis writing
@fabooshness ruclips.net/video/wxuFAeOe4FI/видео.html He talks about him in this interview. Calls his writing graffiti. You're welcome. Don't call me an asshole im just the messenger
So? he had an opinion, how dare he!

Anton. Its more of a comment really.
BEE is still alive? Good to see.
you dirty boy making this a teaser for the patreon
One of the reasons I never had an interest in astronomy was, for me, I never saw its relevance to my life. Likewise, what Chuck does in the privacy of his home is just as irrelevant. Now them stories he writes, that's another matter. This guy is GOOD!
Thnx! ;) xxx clvb lvu
Norm MacDonald is a genius and he played the "woke" people like they've never been played, before. During all the hub-bub, he appeared on The View to explain the situation. During that interview, and after the bitches had had their time of trying to extract a pound of flesh from him, he had Poopie and Joyless admit that they weren't "offended" by what he had said. Ok, well, if you're not offended, then what's all the hub-bub about? He made them eat their own shit. Pure genius.
You should read what he thought of Bret Easton Ellis LOL
sorta interesting but Van Der Beek is pandering to Hwood as he's a has been trying to kiss ass to hwood and have his acting career going. He's being totally PC what the communists want. Instill fear in you that you are brainwashed and won't dare say what you really think or want to. The communists are winning.
Thank you!
Bret Easton Ellis is 100% right.
Awful. What the hell, Bret. Like, I get that he’s your boyfriend, but c’mon dude.

@@BretEastonEllisOfficial I’m a fan of Bret’s work, not yours. That’s who I am and that’s why I subscribed in the first place? Why are you using his platform to bolster your garbage covers? Does Bret even approve of this?

@@sunbatherrr I am the boss of the RUclips page. - Todd
@@BretEastonEllisOfficial So you’re the boss of Bret’s RUclips page and you use that opportunity to promote your garbage covers to his audience? People subscribe for Bret, not you; they’ll eventually just unsubscribe which doesn’t help Bret, so again: I don’t understand what point you’re trying to make here. Your covers are bad but you don’t need to lash out and call me a dumbass, that just makes you look insecure.
Shit is fire
Fantastic book! Looking forward to this!
Where can I watch it
Being a huge tarantino fan, I think he got robbed. Idk. I still think once upon a time in hollywood was his magna opus.

Big Mouth does the same thing with feminism; has the same Rotten Tomatoes badge-of-honor. Kinda irritating i guess. It always hurts to know something interesting loses out to something PC at the production level. It's like religious practice, almost...a dull repetitive droning of things we already know and enjoy. I don't want to "anticipate" and "hype" for something i know i'll like for its politics. I want to discover real, soulful and passionate fiction made by people who made the thing to entertain and not to preach. Thank you Mr. Ellis for speaking to this problem. I never even understood my own feelings on the issue until i heard this. *also didacticism is great but that would be horrible if that's all there was. If every single book was like the Bible or Herman Hess or George Orwell and every single poem was like Kahlil Gibran or Dante Alighieri...
I would love to have me a smart and wholesome housewife. To bad you make it sound like doom to raise a family.
