I grew up dancing and actually have my BFA in Ballet, I’ve been teaching dance fitness since 2010, and got certified as an NASM CPT in 2014!
I am also a type 1 diabetic and a mama with 3 kids!
I love health and fitness. I love moving and dancing. And I’m so excited to do it with you!
