How is it filler if it's character development and story? Learning how Jen sees the world vs how the world sees Jen. Not everything has to be big fights and action. People only want She Hulk. That's the whole crux of this show and the emotional side of things. No one wants Jen, no one needs Jen. If you want action and fights, go watch an action movie / show.
