ended up with a failed Guild run to hunted for a pug and found this dedicated group. My guild's still trying to down this guy in heroic. I noticed as the rings were turning, you already had a second person on the way to help with the ring. Is that something you all have found to work for you? If so, it looks like some type of WeakAura auto-calling the assignments, do you have a link for it?

Vuhdo big time, adjusts everything. Easier to see who has atonement, good PWS timer, can get rid of some cluttery debuff shit you don't need to see. All worth the pain in the ass setup time. Worth the patience. Also when blacklisting debuffs on it get spell ID addon so you can just add that right off the bat. The cleaner and easier you can crank out spells the better.

Sorry, but it´s really pain to watch you clicking the action bars, mouse overing over party members..... U can´t move and cast spells at the same time. Your reactions are limited. M +11 is easy, try 13+. You will not handle it with this style.

I definitely recommend some frames for party members, I am not playing healer nowadays, but > Healbot, Grid, VuhDo might help Addon for action bars -> use keybinds Weakauras Healer is all about reaction time. Especially at disco when you damage and heal.
