I suffered speed deficit in 2 karts in the same race at Sandown in May 2023. Good battles tho so was still fun!

Hi Wayne. Sorry I missed you guys. Yes, MK is a tricky track in the rain. The Sodis are a bit easier to drive but I did the DMAX after this and they are quite a handful to keep on track. Hope to see you at Daytona soon.

Me and Peter was there Saturday 14.05 dmax sprint wet then it dried a bit then wet again. Not the best of tracks in the wet.

Hi Matt. Yes I think it was just bad timing that you looked around just as the guy in front hit the brakes! It was a shame as it was shaping up to be a close 3 way fight for the win. Enjoyed the race though and think I’ll be doing a few more races at Tamworth in the summer. Hope to see you there.

Hi Wayne. Yes, MK is not my luckiest track. It didn’t help that they wouldn’t change the kart until after qualifying. At £100+ a go that’s no joke. Enjoy the Sun and look forward to resuming battle in May.

Hi David you don't seem to have much luck with those karts at mk .i am booked in for the 13th of May at sandown 14.35 dmax sprint. In Florida at the moment on holiday. Coming back just before that date.

Hi Matthew. Yes it was an eventful race. Still a good result as there were some fast drivers in this race. Your lap times were very quick.

Thanks Tom. Yes the first kart I had in qualifying was a bit of a disaster but the Daytona guys were reluctant to change it. They obviously thought it was the driver not the kart! Made for an exciting race though. Well done on the C100 result at Whilton by the way. Expect to see you in the A final next time!

I was also a person with bad luck in this race, was fighting for p3 and then got overtaken at turn 4 after a backmarker held me up

Hi Tom. Thanks. Yes, the brakes were a big improvement, not sure if it was related but the throttle pickup seemed better out of the slow corners too. That might have just been the kart or my imagination though! By the way I saw your race at Whilton Mill live on YT the other day. What did you think of the track?

Thanks Tom, yes taking the ‘green line’ through turn 1 didn’t do much for the grip levels! By the way I really liked your trailer video for the 2022 Inkart season. Very professional.

Hey Dave, I can see now what you were on about your kart being slow on the str8's!! It's a shame you didn't change your kart during qualifying, defo would've had a better chance for podium!
