At the local range. Firearm: Beretta 96G Elite II 40 S&W Distance: ~25ft. Rounds: 10 Time: 7sec Score: 85 Nothing particularly impressive, but I had it, so I threw it up here. Recorded on a phone cam.
Two things I thought when I saw this scene. Firstly, there was no way if that thing worked that either Brock or even Hank would not have chaimed it. And second, Brock knew that it didn't work as intended and just pitied scared them, which proved to me at least that he tried to use it and it didn't go as he wanted and he just shooed them away in a combination of pity in lot of life, shame of being scamed and knowing the disappointment of the flashlight.
Plug face gets punched 1:02
Brock going ham on Plug Face was hilarious and he didnt even do anything.
I'm going to be honest here. I would still want to buy that thing
This explains Reva 🤔
"Nononono!" -24
What's insane is that 21 was such a peon in Brock's mind, that if that Lightsaber had actually been real then Brock would have been deader than dead right here.
To be fair, Brock has to write reports on the Venture family to the OSI, so he probably already knew that the lightsaber was useless.
@@deadturret4049 That's true, but it's not like Brock is aware of everything in the Venture Compound since at some point all the Sphinx Gear was moved there and he had no idea. Not to mention the Cloning Labs which existed before Rusty moved in, was used while Rusty was moved in and yet it remained a secret from the OSI for years.
@@maylabrown4584 Rusty showed the cloning lab to Brock when he was first assigned as a bodyguard. Also the Sphinx gear was most likely moved in after Brock quit the OSI. Brock was living with Sasquatch for a few months and gained quite a bit of weight, so Sphinx had a window of possibly several months.
@@deadturret4049 I know, but the OSI didn't have any knowledge of it beforehand, it was even kept a secret from them before Brock was installed as his bodyguard. I doubt that, the Sphinx equipment being moved there part i mean since Rusty had that space rented out already and before Brock left he told Gary that it was paid up for a month.
@@maylabrown4584 That space wasnt rented out before Brock left. Like halfway through season 4, a year after Brock left the OSI, Rusty tries to rent out the manufacturing wing to Billy and Pete. Sphinx was freeloading until they got caught, which explains what Brock said to 21. S3E2 has the manufacturing wing being occupied by Killenger's Venchmen, so Sphinx had to move in after that episode. Considering Hunter, Shore Leave, and Sky Pilot were nowhere near the venture compound during the final 3 episodes of S3, and neither the Monarch crew or Sgt Hatred saw anything while at the empty venture compound; the only time where could Sphinx could move in without somebody noticing is during the time skip. That being said, Sphinx likely existed in some form during the S3 finale, as Shore Leave and Sky Pilot reference their time together when talking about sacrifices they made while working for Sphinx im S4, and Hunter's sex change was done to infiltrate the black hearts.
Respect for the 24 for stepping up for 21!
To be fair, even Rusty said it was a toy. Not to mention he did say it was a proto-type. Meaning not finished. Plus how did you not test it as soon as you turned it on the first time.
0:27 :3
Why didn't he, you know, test it out on something first... like the table...
Did 21 pay for that light saber? Look kinda like he walked away lol
Nope, he fucked off with it the instant there was a distraction
@@VegetaLF7 good thing he did too. If he had actually spent the Monarch's money on that, he'd be in a shallow grave by now.
This would of gone way differently if it work
I just realised did 21 actually pay for the thing?
Nope, ran off with it once Doc's attention was pulled away
@@VegetaLF7 I thought he put it on The Monarch's finances?
If doc was smart he he will make them special order for super Rich nerds. I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of millionaire and billionaires who would kill to have their own personal lightsabers even if they're just for show.
A lightsaber you can't accidentally cut your arms off with sounds like a good deal
There's something about watching the plug faced guy get his prongs bent by Brock's punches that just cracks me up.
That explains how St. Cloud got all that Venture stuff.
Rusty also refers to St. Cloud as his "best customer". Seeing as he doesnt really invent anything worth a damn in the first couple of season, it can be assumed that Rusty gets his funding by selling stuff Jonas made to St. Cloud.
it's crazy seeing how 21 has developed, he was a goofball in the forward season, and now if he had a real lightsaber he'd actually tear shit up
14 years ago... ... Agh:(
I want them to give the current 21 a real lightsaber and just see him go to town on some fodder
Brock probably knows that thing is crap and wont hurt him.
Booh !
I would do the exact same thing as 21 did 😂
i love how 24 despite knowing about brock being a literal murder machine was going to back up his friend 21. Makes his fate that much more sad.
It would be funny if it turns out the safety was on for the lightsaber.
What if that causes Brock to have some form of cancer
Jokes on him the weapon causes cancer he just smeared cancer all though him lolz plot twists
When Brocks fights the plug dude rather than showing blood they show the plug connectors being bent XD
That was the gayest thing I ever seen and I'm bisexual
1:20 "I have the power of god and anime on my side!"
I honestly think Brock already knew the lightsaber was harmless which is why he didn’t destroy 21 on the spot.
I only just realised that Brock's probably seen this thing more than once, might even have messed around with it, so has complete certainty it doesn't work.
Casually finds Darth maul’s lightsaber at a yard sale.
I've been gypped is one of my favorite lines in the show... 1:39
0:02 Hate-Bit, one of only three survivors of the infamous Movie Night Massacre on Gargantua 1, just a background character.
If that was actually real Brock would've just sat there taking it lol?
I know this was an early episode but man the animation just looks so weird, even for season 1
1:32 21 just gave Brock cancer
Fun fact lightsabers had settings on them to turn up or lower the heat settings so when younglings practiced they wouldn't cut off limbs.
I find it so cool you can see so many future characters in the beginning scene. You can see Hate-Bit which was one of the guys one Red Deaths heist team and St. Cloud
He let them off easy because he thought it was hilarious.
Did it at least give him mild radiation?
I like how this means if the lightsaber actually worked Brock would have died very anticlimactically
Lol that would have been funny.. But honestly Brock probably knew the lightsaber wasn't an actual one as he does know about most of Doc's inventions.
A year or two later: "Brock Samson. At last, we meet." "Do I know you?" "Oh, don't start THAT again! (flip in front of Samson) I don't know why you're here, and I don't care. I have been waiting for this day for, like, a year!"
I just got it. The dance he does with the light sabre is a riff on that famous video of the fat kid doing it.
I never noticed that lol. That guy is like a business owner or something now, but man that video ruined his life for a long time.
I completely forgot that monarch stole that thing that's on his wrist for the rest of the f****** season
They were always his. He was forced to surrender both of them so he could enter the compound, and ended up swiping one of them back.
You just know Brock knew that thing didn't work only because he tried it too, as iff Brock Sampson melee guy didn't want to have a fucking laser sword.
I can just imagine Brock stumbling across it when no one was looking and trying it out himself, only to learn it wasn't functional like a "real" lightsaber. I can already hear his scream of irritation and being denied a lightsaber.
1:30 Star Wars: The Last Jedi, 2017.
Anyone else notice "Hate-Bit" (the guy in purple) at 0:02, was directly involved in the movie night massacre where Jonas Sr. died
A lot of villains show up in the background before they become actual characters. St. Cloud, Hate Bit, Prof Impossible, etc etc. Sgt. Hatred makes a background appearance and also gets name dropped by Hank before he's properly introduced in the season 2 finale. Oh also every OSI/Sphinx agent appears in a promo video before they were given names
