If you don't speak Korean at all, you still can work in a factory but it will be hard to get job that you wish to have. But you can learn Korean once you arrive in Korea, there are free Korean language classes for foreigners. Also, there are 3 districts where Korean-Russians(Uzbek) mostly live together.,Jeolla-do Gwangju,, Gyeonggi-do Ansan and Inchon They will help you with finding a job, finding an apartment and enroll in Korean classes. If you look up 고려인마을 광주 or 고려인 너머 on the web, you can find their websites. They can speak Russian.
