    The practical consequences of CLA began in 2009 and are a pure renaming of Differential Learning (1999) that had been introduced to the proponents of CLA (Keith DAvids and Duarte Araujo) from 2001-2003. Although Newell suggested the constraints terminology in 1986 there were absolutely now new practical consequences on motor learning until DL was suggested. Please do proper source research before just taking over buzzwords. The manipulation of fields etc was applied in Germany long before CLA was known. Only later all these known exercises were reinterpreted with CLA terminology. Others would call it free riders.

      @@SPORTSCIENCEps If content is published on the internet, then the author is responsible for it - regardless of age and experience. Especially as a student (studying science), you should have learnt or try to learn to get to the bottom of a problem and do basic literature research, and not adopt and disseminate opinions without reflection. That's one difference between science and marketing. No problem with marketing, but it really needs to be separated from science, otherwise science will be misused for inferior purposes. If science doesn't reflect the context of origins, who should?
