It has delayed for 5 years and Vietnamese government gets very angry...it has taken 10 years for Japanese company to build line 1 in HCMC while Chinese had completed building line 1 of the metro system in Hanoi 2 years ago. Until today the metro system in HCMC is not yet ready, the completion date is now July 2024..
