But you didn't actually show any of the install? how do you put the throttle needle back in properly (or take it off the spring & carb)? How did you align the new carb? You're working then skip and voila! It's done. No info on you actually doing the work. Not very usefful from a "carb install" video. :/ Thanks for trying
If you pull your needle assembly out it’s self explanatory how to remove it. Thats why I skipped ahead, go ahead and pull a carb apart you’ll see!

Drives great! It sounds pretty Japanese.
Do you have to use the vacume hose on the air filter ?? my new high flow filter doesn’t have a spot for that hose..

i am 5'9" am i am having to sit back behind the thickest part of the saddle to not hardly having any padding under my ass,i did buy a 2" piece of memory foam on ebay and will get my seat recovered with orange marine grade binyl that i had left over from another seat i covered

What is the seat height and can it be lowered for a shorter person? If so, by how much? What is that plastic piece behind the seat, a rear rack? If so, how much weight can it handle? If it is not a rear rack, can one be installed? Thanks.

Unfortunately I lifted it and the mountain vista rack I had on it was causing a roof leak. Sold the rack and tent. The jeep now has 44k on it and I still love every minute of it!
@@Legitimint_ Wow!. Thanks for the quick replay. I was thinking of purchasing a Mountain Vista roof rack. Can you elaborate on how it was causing a roof leak?
@@95Z28A4 I don’t think it was a design issue, the factory riv nuts in the roof came loose from extra weight and tension I believe. Causing water to seep through. I had to remove everything and install new rivuts on my roof and decided to sell the rack and tent.
To see the mixture if it's good you have to take the spark plug out and for best performance is light brown.
It has a mixture screw. It's only a brass cap . You have to drill it out and you will see the screw.
Updates on the build?
Lifted 2” on 30s. Did a few interior mods and did a couple big road trips! Loving it!

Check the fuse it’s in a black casing under the seat!

i was gonna get orange and add orange aftermarket anodized parts but theirs more green anodized parts than orange ones so changed bike color to black cuz green will look better on it.

why did you decide to go with a mikuni instead of a nibbi? mine is on layaway,will have 1st wk of sept.
i found a 170cc for the 125,direct bolt in replacement with 15 horsepower,nearly double the stock 8.4 for 699 bucs but still a 4speed
Look at the ZS212 Engines on eBay. ZongShen 212cc. Those are also a direct bolt up I believe!
i got one on layaway with them with just 2 more payments needed to get it,comes fully assembled

Its street legal so you can ride this on the road with a license right?
I wish it had more street friendly tires. Those are fine if you are mostly offroad, but I would ride it mainly on the street. Websites should give you the option to select your tire preference. Yes I know you could buy different tires but I would like the convenience of just buying it and it is ready for whatever type of riding you wish to do.
Honestly I ride on road and off and they feel fine on the road. Haven’t worn from road use either!

@Legitimint_ I did, it seems it rides well, did they allow you to tag it? Wisconsin is pretty fucky about things like these here, and I'm sure insurance will have issue finding it as they did on my xpect

@Legitimint_ nice, I was getting ready to type I hope the snow here in WI melts soon, then opened the door to go to work and saw that it's snowing again😂 so maybe not, usually can start riding late April/early May
I have the lifan xpect 200 and love it, would definitely love to see more about this one, been wanting to pick one up since there were no videos of it, still working on trying to make one happen but I started in May never having owned a bike and now there's 4 here and 2 atvs so not sure if I'll be able to make one happen, keep up the videos especially if you get it titled and when the weather warms up
I would highly recommend adjusting the valves. China bikes come with super tight valves.
