I'm the opposite coffee all day no energy drinks
Man I would hate to have the LED mafia after me.
I worked with a guy who loved Monster energy drinks. He started having major lower back problems. He didn't work for a week and also didn't drink that stuff for a week. Issues diminished and he went back to work, also started to drink them drinks again. The issues came back with a vengeance. He didn't believe that Monster was the issue. So everyone convinced him to test it. So he didn't drink them for a month, he felt great. Went back to drinking them, issues came back. He did that about 4 times total where he wouldn't drink them and then he would and the lower back problems would come and go as he drank them. Now he doesn't drink them and he doesn't have his issues.
As much as I love energy drinks, they are definitely terrible for you. Ever since I stopped cold turkey, I haven't touched one since. So now I just make sure I warn ppl as much as I can!

Lol 8 or 10 hours as the bird flies but thats not that bad. I never realised it but yea it makes sense that longer drives r more common place somewhere like canada. Im from the pacific north west a 3 hour drive is a long way to me. One time my dad drove for 24 hours to his new place and when like 3/4 of the way across the country. This very much weirded out a korean pen pall i had. He said it was because 5 hours of driving is a coast to coast trip for them. Even long ways.
