Got to take Carolyn, a very long time friend, on a flight. We used to ride unicycles together in a group when we were pretty young all the way through high school.

Great Video
Hi nice video, can you tell me where to buy that iphone holder?
I purchased the phone holder from Amazon. Here is the link. www.amazon.com/RAM-MOUNTS-RAP-HOL-UN7B-201U-Universal-X-Grip/dp/B00DUK0SZO/ref=sr_1_8?crid=1N0RA5APOZ851&keywords=x-phone+holder&qid=1703859679&sprefix=x-phone+hold%2Caps%2C100&sr=8-8
Awesome experience! Thank you Tom for taking me up for a second flight!
You are welcome Josh. Glad it was a good experience. Let me know when you get yours. Let's go flying.
Great flight. A few questions for you. What program are you using on the phone? Wing size? How was the climb out?
Hello. Paraglider Dashboard for the program I use. The wing is a BGD Cyclone 42m. Climb out is acceptable. Not like flying solo though.
Nice phone-holder, where did you buy it?

Beautiful flight!
I flew for almost 2 years before I flew over fog and she did it on her first flight! She acted like she really enjoyed it. Great flight!
She didn't HAVE to act like she liked it! She LOVED it! I can say this from personal experience (I'm the one in the PINK!)!
Grear ❤❤❤❤
I bet the Amish Farmers Love the noise and having the Cows run scared. Really helps with milk production I’ve heard. That other guy flying was way to low to be courteous and a good neighbor.
Nice !
How much to own a paramotor? I’m interested to have one from: 94578
You can get into a 1 person trike used around $5k-$10k. New is around $13k.. A 2 person trike new will cost around $22k. Traiing can be obtained anywhere from $1k to $3k. And all of those numbers can fluctuate a lot depending on brand and options.
That carabiner 🙀 cyclone 42 m2?
You are correct. Cyclone 42m wing. Love it. And you are also right "That carabiner". got it straightened out a little into the flight. Never had one come up like that. Had a great flight and happy I could share a ppg experience with a great bud.
That looks awesome, can't wait to get my tandem but taking me a long time to get my needed hours in. I was on a Frigate from 1989to 1991 USS Valdez FF-1096. I keep telling Bob I need to come up there and fly with you guys!
We were in at the same time. Absolutely, come up and fly. That would be a lot of fun.
@@comeflywithmeohio That's awesome, were you out of Groton? I was in Newport, RI.
@@ironeagletrike yes I was.
How fast can you fly this baby?
Hello. Sorry it has taken so long to respond. This got past me. The wings fly at a pretty constant speed. Some a little faster than other but not by much. With that said, within a couple miles per hour, 30mph is a general speed. And that is not ground speed but air speed. Meaning....If you are flying into the wind which is 10 mph and you are doing 30 mph, your are doing 20 mph ground speed. If you are flying with a 10 mph wind, your ground speed would be 40. I hope that makes sense the way I described it.
You have a gauge for the exhaust gas temp but not one for the fuel level itself. Seems to me that would be pretty important. Does it tell you how long the engine will run on a tank of fuel in the operation instructions?
From what I have been told, fuel level is tricky since there are no baffles in the tank to keep the gas from sloshing around. The unit is always moving and swaying and banking and it would be really hard to get a good level. I have been looking into ways to try and make that work but haven't pulled the trigger yet. As far as fuel consumption, that is also tricky. It really depends on the passenger weight and how high you want to go. The tank is a little less than 5 gallons (approaching limit for FAR103 compliance). Flying this solo I could easily be up for several hours. Tandem around 1 hour or slightly more. It is pretty easy to monitor. But I agree, it would be nice to have that.
Hi do u live in Ohio??
Yes I Do. My website is comeflywithmeohio.com
How much for this type of machine and aĺl.
Would love to have one
Here is the website. www.flyproductsusa.com/xenittrike
Hi Tom thank you for the message you left on my phone regarding the VDO water gauge, by mistake I erased it so I'm thankful for your reply, I decided to get the Fly Henry meter, Julio
That's great. I'm actually in the process of getting that for mine also.
I want to fly this I love it I’m subscribed great review !
Thank you Chris. I really appreciate you subscribing and glad I can provide some value for you.
@@comeflywithmeohio No problem I like your videos I’m a drone pilot I’m wanting to do more as in flying the same thing you have I really do, then just being being down on the ground it’s something I want to be up there like you. Great job 👏 !
That's my kind of flying.
Come join us sometime. Always welcome.
Great video and even greater memories
I hope he can get into the sport. You're very kind and good at introducing people to the sport. Keep up the good work.
Thank you much. I'm hoping he does too.
Just seeing this one for the first time, that smile is everything!~ I can't wait to get Tandem Certified on my Xenit. Is that the 42 Cyclone?
Thank you. And yes it is the 42m Cyclone. I'm extremely happy with this wing.
@@comeflywithmeohio Great thank you, yes Travis recommended the 42 after I was inquiring about the 34. I have the 34 Davinci Duet now for solo flying and will have to get something else when I start doing tandems so it was great to talk to another person who really likes the 42 Cyclone. I hope sometime maybe this Summer to get up and fly with you and Bob.
@Iron Eagle Trike that would be great. Looking forward to it.
Nice, thanks for sharing.
Hello Marina. Thank you for watching.
Thanks for the walk around video and upload. Enjoy the friendly skies 🙂👍
Thank you Hank. Appreciate you watching.
Hey im in ohio. I would love to fly with you.
Hello FlareGlare. I will start flying again late March or early April. You will love it. Please check out the webpage at comeflywithmeohio.com for more information. Thank you for watching.
You Guys are awesome over there ,I thought this is the field Bob C flyes his equipment out of seems like the perfect location .would love to join you all over there ... :)
We'd love to have anybody that likes to fly come join us. Keep in touch and let's get together when the weather breaks.
Lost my dad 21years ago today. This is so cool!
So sorry to hear that. Thank you. I was so happy to be able to do this with him. My Sister passed away just 6 months before. I was hoping to get a flight with her but it just didn't happen fast enough.
That thing is beautiful! Do these things have a weight limit?
Do you recommend the Dual Spark? Or just change the single spark every 15 to 20 hrs?
Hello Carl. If you are planning on flying with a passenger, then I'd certainly recommend the dual spark. While you should always fly with a way out if the engine would fail, that landing spot may not be a great one. I can only speak for myself on this. This is my view. I love to take people up. To talk to them afterwards and see the smile and excitement is everything. While we have all flown with one spark plug forever, a dual spark system gives us one more advantage to make every flight successful. Since it is an option, I'll take it. Maybe a little long winded. I'm just very passionate about this sport.
Do you recommend the Dual Spark? Or just change the single spark every 15 to 20 hrs?
I apologize for not responding sooner. I thought I had but going through comments I see I did not. Yes, I do recommend the dual spark. Here is my thought and this is only my thought. I have flown on a single spark machine since I started in this sport and never had a problem. So yes you can certainly fly a single spark engine. However, it does happen. If I was flying alone all of the time I may rethink the safety of a dual spark engine but since I am almost always flying with a passenger I choose the dual spark. I want to do everything possible to make sure every flight is pleasurable for my passenger. While we all fly with an engine out in mind which entails having enough height to ensure a field within glide range, I can't imaging landing in a corn field would turn out well. 1. rough landing 2. not a good memory for the passenger 3. damage to machine 4. damage to land owners property/crop If there is anything I can do to help prevent this and give me the absolute best odds (even a small increase), I'll take it. Again. a single spark machine is fine and they work great. I just want the additional margin of security with dual spark.
I currently weigh in at 251lbs at 5'11". Some is COVID weight. But when I was lifting heavy pre-COVID I never dipped below 216. Is that too heavy? I can up the reps to trim out and maybe get down to 195... maybe. I have been looking at paramotoring, but that can be murder on the knees and ankles on hard landings, plus I want to fly tandem to give my wife some airtime. Am not much interested in radical wing-overs or barrel rolls, so a trike seems to be a suitable alternative.
Hello Michael. Your weight is fine. I run around 225 and have taken passengers as heavy. It's an incredible machine and would serve you well. If you do decide to do this, I would recommend a 42m wing. If you are interested, I can put you in touch with the seller of this machine.
@@comeflywithmeohio Thanks! I have looked at the Xenit Thor before and I think that's the top of my list. Still deciding on a Cosmos or Polini 303 engine. Doing homework now. I live in Texas, but may fly to Florida for training at Aviator PPG. May be just a little bit before I slap down some cheddar and get this thing going, however. I am fortunate to live down the street from our municipal airport too. Win win.
@Michael Vanecek I would tally to Trevor at OneUpAdventures. He can give you really good information to help make the choice when you ready.
@@comeflywithmeohio Thanks! I hope 2023 is the year I fly.
@Michael Vanecek I hope so too. Good luck and good you get exactly what you want.
Do you plan on flying during the winter months in absence of snow? And if so what temperature is your cut-off?
Hello and thank you for watching. I will fly as long as there is not snow on the ground and temp is 40 or above. I may go a little colder. It's easy to stay warm except for my fingers. I really need to get some heated gloves.
@@comeflywithmeohio The heated gloves I got are pretty nice. A bit pricey though. Found them on Amazon. Downside is they are not thin, but you can’t use thin ones (liners) while flying. They would cool in the wind and have no heat benefit. The ones I have are black with a red button for 3 levels of heat. Around $130. Very nice gloves even without the heat.
@@GrowingAnswers nice. Thank you.
Looked like a nice flight. Wish I could of been there. See you in spring.
Is it spring yet?
Very smooth landing, fun video.
Thank you much.
thank you so much for yet another awesome video! I truly hope you keep them coming. Can you tell us more about your setup in this video? Is this ppc or ppg? I would also be interested in flight with you to introduce me to the sport/hobby. I should mention I would love to take the controls in flight to get the whole experience!

Can you measure the overall width of the rear wheels as well as the height from the ground to the top of the cage? I am thinking about what size enclosed trailer I will need to haul it. Thank you and I appreciated the video.
I will get this for you today Pat.
Hey Pat. Please excuse me taking a couple days to get you this information. Width is 75" Height is 73.5" length is 79"
@@comeflywithmeohio no worries on the delay, I really, really do appreciate the exact info. I am planning to get my new setup in the spring and need to get a better way to get it around than in the back of my truck.
This is why you turn your camera sideways when you film 😀
Thanks Jason. I agree. Some of the pictures and videos I use are from the family members that take shots. Sometimes their shots, even though wrong profile, are good. And I like to include their shots into the videos also.
Giving joy to others, don't get no better than that...nice.

thank you for share.
That was totally cool . They need to clean their pool lol loved it. Great flight glad the young man enjoyed it. Think he might take up the sport?
I know he would love to for sure.
I’d love too for sure!! I was playing the top gun anthem before we took off
Very nice paramotor! If you had your time back would you still get the Xenit or go for the Eco 2 lite?
I would stay with the Xenit. Only because of weight. I'm already 230 lbs so adding a heavier trike would really cut into who I could take with me. If I was around 170lbs I would go with the Eco 2 lite only to have the foot throttle. The Xenit is a solid trike and I love it.
I LIKE THIS MACHINE
That was a great flight. She seemed so happy. Surprised she wouldn’t take the brakes but hey still very cool!
