use a blanket to mimic the dragon squat- use blocks or lower to forearms if the wrists wear out - if this is not available on hand and knees, try it standing, using a bar, chair, leahy stick, wall, etc for balance.

getting to know the lats, sub scap w a wooden yoga block. i dont rely on mfr and havent seen research that has shown its effectiveness except for when doing it before, during, and after your workout, targeting the same spot. thats a lot for me but i did want to do my own experiment just to see, and chose to do this exercise w a yoga block targeting the lats b/c i felt pretty out of touch with t...

in the first ex im using a very light resistance band so i flip my palms up just to practice and floss a bit, in the 2nd version w a yoga strap there is more resistance to work with and i keep my thumbs down and practice more slow, steady & controlled pulses connecting the mind to the triceps -
