Thanks I’m working hard on it. I’m doing 50 pounds on the weight bar right now. So but that was last week and I had 5 days off for rest. So maybe 60 tomorrow who knows I hope so

Ofc it's a slow process.....you are using 10ibs 😂. I use 40ibs and do sets of 25-30 reps. Higher weight = less reps
Well I’m glad that works for you. To each their own… you are definitely stronger than me 🫡
@Monsieur_abalo I started at 10s and slowly worked up 5 pounds at a time, although I dropped hard from doing 45 reps per set at 30, to 12-15 per set on the 40s.

ahh yes let me just tell my mind that i can jump 20 feet in the air as a 5'5 guy It depends on your body, just because you think you can doesn't mean you can. But with enough training i think you can

Don’t try it. It is a terrible chest exercise . It doesn’t grow your chest like pretty much any other chest exercise that exist. Stick with a seated chest press or incline chest press. Never waste your time on that exercise tho

Just because it didn’t work for you doesn’t mean it won’t work for someone else. We all have different types of bodies, and the results is not the same for everyone else.
