This is.. um.. why I.. um.. script.. umm.. my videos..
*DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE SPOILERS!!! (but to be fair, Marvel and crew themselves have started posting spoiler stuff so I think it's fair game now)
In the calming aftermath of both Marvel Studios: Deadpool & Wolverine, and San Diego Comic-Con 2024, I wanted to make an unscripted video going over a couple of things.
At the SDCC Hasbro officially showed off their Deadpool & Wolverine figures, and Marvel Studios dropped some fantastic news about Fantastic Four!!! This is the first "discussion" type video I've done, and one where I'm not specifically talking about action figures, but I had fun making it!!

To me, my x-men... movie action figures 24 years ago, one of the most significant comic book movies of all time, was released, 2000 "X-Men". The film, alongside other early CBMs, is credited for revitalizing the superhero genre in Hollywood, and paving the way for more notable films and franchises, such as Marvel Studios's "MCU". ToyBiz, who had the Marvel license, tackled the movie in the toy ...

The world's greatest archeologist, for the first time in a long time, in a premium 6-inch figure. In this video, I look at TAMASHII NATIONS: S.H.Figuarts release of Indiana Jones from Raiders of the Lost Ark! A wonderful surprise amid the then-upcoming release of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny film in 2023. The franchise has had a rocky history of action-figure representation, and so doe...

It's a bird! It's a plane! No, it's.. it's.. a McFarlane Superman??? In this radical video, I take a look at the McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse: DC Classics Superman!!! Superman is one of my favorite superheroes, and I've been searching for a good representation of Superman, and to my surprise.. McFarlane Toys had an offering. Woah, a review of a figure that came out a couple MONTHS AGO?? and not...

Wow, a 20-minute video?? 💀💀 Yeah I know.. But I do yap a lot and had a lot to talk about. There's surprisingly not...
ToyBiz Spider-Man 2 Super Poseable Spider-Man Review

I go over a Spider-Man action figure that came out like 20 years ago (but is it still good?). HI HELLO WELCOME, in this review I go over one of my favorite Spider-Man action figures, the Super Poseable Spider-Man (with wall mountable display base) from the ToyBiz Spider-Man 2 action figure series. Spider-Man 2 is genuinely one of my favorite movies of all time, and to have an action figure not ...

Considering that the Hasbro/Legends team were able to make a line based off the 20th Century X-Men films I have to imagine they’ll give the Fantastic Four films a similar treatment sometime soon.

The only Thing figure i have from the movie is the Raging Thing that came with the Bendy Mr. Fantastic. It is lacking some articulation with its sculpted torso in an odd leaning forward way, but i love it since he lacks any gimmicks

True!! I wish they did more legacy or anniversary stuff for the older films, but I don't think they are iconic enough on their own to warrant a release without an resurgence of popularity of some sort.

If all the Reed figures were made to swap parts eith eachother rather than exclusive to each figure, being able to keep extending his arms and legs, with the slinky waist, and the hammer hands, you'd have the best Mr Fantastic you could play with, so many options! On the other hand, invisible woman's transparent arms are cool but pointless, if you were able to swap every body part in and out with an invisible version, then you can do whatever you want, The Thing and Johnny are thankfully more simple

Toy Biz went the cheap route with the sculps because they had awful figures back in the late 80s and early 90s but got really good at it when X-Men tas and the other cartoons came up, so its not that they couldnt do it, they just went fast and cheap with the movie line.
