    This is so interesting and timely. I'm a Feldenkrais practitioner and have a new client with Reflux. I observed her entire ribcage and thoracic area is unusually immobile. My instinct was to help her create movement through her spine and in her thoracic area. This talk has given me more of a framework to hopefully help her. Thank you!

    I have small fiber neuropathy then in August I started having sharp pain in my jaws and ears and occipital neuralgia at the same time. I had relief while pregnant I had pain in my throat too. I had pain everywhere and now 6 months postpartum I can feel it coming back. I have to take methylfolate for my small fiber neuropathy I found it in my prenatal postnatal vitamin which is cheaper. That and my hb med which have changed twice during my pregnancy and delivery are the only things I'm taking.i have spastic diplegia cerebral palsy. In July of 2021 I had a bad night and woke up not able to move my neck I went to the nearest emergency room and got diagnosed with torticollis.

  • @ernestchadwell9069

    This is a myth. There's a good paper about it on pubmed. Basically around 90% of the iodine evaporates off the skin and isn't absorbed. 25% is gone in the first few minutes! Evaporation rate depends on ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure. If you live at altitude it will vanish faster than at sea level . Furthermore, chemical reactions taking place on the skin turn the iodine clear although it's still there (it's presence can be revealed by washing the skin with various reagents mentioned in the paper.) But despite this skin test being of dubious value and possibly worthless, the good news is that iodine is absorbed through the skin, so you can supplement and benefit from skin application, it just doesn't tell you if you're deficient.

    • @katrielisrael7262
      @katrielisrael7262 7 месяцев назад

      Yeah but the stain disappears after 5 hours. I get the evaporation but the stain is what matters. Plus I don't trust modern medicine. I don't care if it's on pubmed.

      Yes absolutely!! I’ve been doing it every day,some days 2/3 times for close to a week now. It’s better than the start but still gone within 2 hrs! At first it disappeared within 40 minutes. I will add I only paint a spot about the size of a quarter,I use a q-tip. I would think the more you apply the quicker you’d start to see results. Best of results to you😊

    I just watched your nasal spray video, and I saw that you bought a bottle of saline nasal spray and dumped out the contents. Do you still do this, or have you found a good place to buy empty nasal spray bottles? It just seems like a waste to buy a nasal spray product, only to dump out the contents. On the other hand, good nasal spray bottles are hard to find, but the generic saline nasal sprays are cheap and widely available.
