awww im sorry to hear that mate BUT its not over yet... i think i responded to another comment with some some strategies i use so you should check that out as i add alot of detail. but to sum it up i payed attention (most of the time) in class and took notes if i felt like i needed it, then i created flashcards with quizlet if i needed to remember stuff and i used a bunch of practice mcq and frqs online. its best to create unit flashcard sets as you finish the unit in class and before your class test so you can solidify your knowledge! if you need anything at all you can contact my discord which is just: talkingyam

no study just hype music and praying... KIDDING for ap tests specifically i didn't use prep books but alot of my friends found them helpful, i used free review videos on youtube (there are goats on youtube who literally give such in depth review videos FOR FREE its crazy) and i would make a simple google doc with a bullet list under each unit. i would add anything i forgot or stuff that was difficult for me to understand under each unit, and i would keep adding to this doc whenever i took practice mcq's and something came up that i was hesitant on or forgot/got wrong (the google docs got BIG lol). i would read over this list of things and it would help me review content. - THEN once you are confident on content USE THE FREE COLLEGEBOARD PAST FRQS!!!!!!! i dont even do them fully i just outline my answers or even just read them and answer in my head if im tired and ill read over the rubric (and if i get it wrong or i dont know then I will add it to my chunky google doc lol) and LITERALLY if you do this enough when it comes time for you actual exam you will read the prompt and your brain will know EXACTLY how to word your answers and what has to be included bc you looked at so many rubrics and answer guides. this is off the top of my head but im sure i did a ton more lol, if you have any more specific quesitons i would be more than happy to help! wishing you the best!!

mmm maybe if alot ppl request butttt i like to make videos on overwatch LOL... im not the best person for this and it honestly took me awhile and it was pretty frustrating bc i would study so much and see no results BUT i think its about finding out what works for you. watching videos is rlly good bc it gives you ideas and methods BUT what works for one person might not be the same strategies that work for another, its about doing a lot of trial and error and finding out a method/routine that works best for YOU. for me it was making alot of quizlets for classes that required memorization and using videos/practice tests to engage myself bc my attention span is getting destroyed and i'm also a visual learner so those resources proved to be the most beneficial for me!! if you have any specific questions i'd be more than happy to help :) i hope this helps!

hmmm it's different for everyone bc everyone has diff needs but these are somethings that I did to prepare! - make sure to pay attention in class which sounds rlly basic BUT taking notes and actually listening during lectures saves you so much time at home bc you don't have to learn stuff from scratch. (but crosswords/connections for dopamine is acceptable.... ALSO power napping i was always caught lacking at my school LOL) - i was never rlly one to study every night just because I had alot of other stuff going on as well BUT on the rare occasion i had free time and I was at home or during the weekends i would always review units/concepts i was lost on by watching videos and taking notes on them. - USE QUIZLET but dont just find pre-made ones or use them to cheat actually make flashcards on your own bc it makes memorizing things so simple like if you put the effort in by making quizlets or docs or whatever works for you the information will stick so easily in your brain - take as many practice mcqs/collegeboard progress checks & quizzes/frqs/ ANYTHING where you are actively applying your knowledge. it helps so much and also sometimes you will find that your teachers pull from the same questions you practice with online ;) - watch videos on the format of the test (time, sections, etc) and make sure you have a plan on how you divide your time up so you can get the most points possible. REMEMBER you don't even need close to 100% to get a 5 you just gotta make sure you answer the questions that you DO know and not waste time on anything else. on so many of these AP tests i literally left frq parts blank WHICH I DONT RECCOMEND but i was rlly confident on the information that i DID know and spent my time getting as much points posssible instead of stressing over what i didn't know okokok thats alot and theres definitely a ton that i skipped but im js doing this off the top of my head lol, LMK if you need anything else at all or have any specific questions i am more than happy to help :) best of luck!

@@talkingyam of course, let me reword what I said because I didn’t really specify, I loved music during the gameplay even when it was super loud, maybe when anybody is talking fade out the music a pretty good amount but still hear able and it might be clean.

One last thing, if mercy exists, it is your job to hard focus her all game and stop rezzes.

sometimes I feel like I am disrupting their back line and getting picks on dps/support but my front line becomes vulnerable and the enemy tank runs through my team with the help of one dps/support 🥺 so then I panic and try to help the frontline but then get punished 😖any advice 😅

​@@talkingyam Sometimes that happens, especially when you are up against like a good ram or a good doom. This comes back to the triple d's, because yes you actually can peel and try to displace that tank by bopping him into or away from your team, but you have to consider whether or not that fight is lost and whether or not one of the other d's could get you more value or if your target priority should switch. For example, if your team is getting demolished and it's clearly looking like a fight reset, you might be better off distracting their back line and attempting to create a bit of space and make them chase you further away from your team so that your team can push out of spawn without having to worry about being held by their entire team. If no one cares about you or your distractions on the back line arent getting much value, aka no ones really looking at you or chasing you and you cant kill anyone, you might be better off attempting to displace their front line and cause a bit of chaos, possibly helping your team secure that first pick that lets you reengage. If the team fight isnt lost and is still fairly balanced but you notice their tank is going quite deep on your team, you can peel for your team and all in the tank as even if you dont kill him, you will cause him to have to disengage. Consider how much damage you do and whether or not you think you can actually burst down that tank or if you are more likely to secure a kill going for say a zen. Even if you can get a kill, you notice that the supports both peel for each other constantly, this might cause them to stop healing the tank and he might die because of your distraction and displacement. Boops arent the only form of displacement, forcing people to change position to one that is less beneficial also counts, such as making an ana leave the high ground because you are getting aggressive in her space. Ball doesn't have a lot of solo kill potential on some characters, so you really have to test the waters by possibly forcing both the solo and play with your team playstyles until you get a feel for which one is getting more value. It's hard to really give you absolutes because its incredibly situational, but I do peel and all in the tank occasionally, though I usually only do this when its a solo tank overextending. Ball is a bit underpowered in terms of damage right now, hence why distractions and displacements are actually his greatest asset, so typically if you can distract and displace 2 or more people, you are getting plenty of value. If your team is still getting diffed, sometimes that's not really on you and changing your playstyle might not help at all, it is a team game after all. Definitely just constantly ask yourself, am I getting value? Am I performing one, if not more than one of the D's? If you are doing so and you arent dying, then you are applying value. I wish I could give you a bit more than that, but it mostly comes with experience and getting a feel for playing with and into certain team comps. Just try to switch up your playstyle and see if it works, because even if it doesnt, it keeps the enemy guessing what your next move is as you become unpredictable.
