Doing my makeup this way just feels right atm 🥹 I too try to keep expiry dates / shelf live in mind, especially now that I’m using more creams/liquids than in the past. Having too many of that kind means that half of it will probably expire by the time I can actually use it. I adore cream products but try to be realistic as to how much I will actually end up using!

This reminds me so much of how the beauty community used to be like back in the day 🥹 I get nostalgic because that’s why I enjoyed watching RUclips videos. I didn’t care about the actual products people used, I cared about the makeup look. It was always a lot of fun to try and recreate it with my own (veeery few) products. What a fun time 🥹🤎

@martamaboo I agree!! I think all this focus on the new releases and brand names just makes the beauty space feel like an advertising landscape.

It’s the Essence baby got blush (stick) in cherry cherry baby (very lightly because it’s pretty deep) and the nyx Buttermelt blush in back and butta (also just the tiniest amount) 🧸🧣

@@Kote-f5q I have no issue with taking it off. I use the garnier Micellar water waterproof and it comes off just fine. The mascara is just simply more strong hold than western waterproof mascaras.
