The first time I listened I felt popping and cracking in my sinuses and head and made my tummy have a few bubbles moving… and it used to irritate the crap outta me. Been doing it as close to every day as I can, seems to make me feel better, clearer head, less headaches, my stomach feels like it’s working properly, less bloating. my kids all had a similar reaction to the frequency as I did but now request it. (I had been loosey goosey in the beginning, but within a day or two without the frequency, my stomach starts to hurt and feel all bloated so its easy to use it daily with such a noticeable difference ) so i dont know…. Seems to be doing something. ❤
