I saw Lovebites in Atlanta just a few weeks ago, their first show ever in the USA. Maybe they will do Canada next year. Absolutely a must see "live" band. They were phenomenal. They have toured Europe and the United Kingdom a couple of times over the years.

Coming from a Dead Sara fan, they have been under the rader for so long and I have always wondered why. There is a you tube clip of a life gig they did at the turbour in LA, you need to watch that. I hope she keeps writing as thesongs of Dead Sara are a group effort and her input needs to be recognized. Super proud of what Emily Armstrong has achieved.

Aggressive. I enjoy this kind of music, but since finding the Japanese scene, I have become more interested in pure musicianship than this heavy sound (hear plenty of it on SiriusXM). Don't get me wrong, I like this song, first time I've heard this band. for reference to my comment, Lovebites is my favorite band.

I think Larcenia Roe's Dereliction EP is the heaviest release this year so far, but in terms of musicality, this is number one.

My take is they were trying to make a song that gives you the feeling of what it's like to be addicted to drugs. If you look at it through that lens rather than just what it sounds like, I think it's a pretty sick song. Daring to release as a single, for sure.

The Dead Sara rabbit hole is quite the adventure. I started the same day as the LP Live Announcement stream and that has pretty much been all I have watched since then. Her live performances are absolutely insane. She is my favorite singer/vocalist/front person as of about 10 days ago.

Was a big DS back in their debut days (later they got a little too 'poppy' for my taste). The press tagged them as the 'next big thing.' They shoulda been as big as Green Day. Their catalog was more packed then similar bands back then, including the ones you mentioned. I have to believe their label and management f'd it up. Checking out your channel now. Just keep in mind this was 12 years ago! So certain people saying things about her vocal techniques in connection to Linkin Park, and her trying to sing like you know who, is complete BS.
