You get the ps4 skin from playing the crane game in the lobby. It's based off of RNG so you have to check the prizes everyday and pray you get lucky. Alternatively you can also go to the lobby, check the prizes, and keep on resetting the game over and over again until you get the color you want. The prizes will reset each time you restart the game as long as you haven't collected any crane game prizes for the day yet. As far as guides go I unfortunately haven't seen any for Charlotta that are updated for Rising. What I did to learn everything I know about Charlotta was use the in game guides in training mode, watch replays of master rank Charlotta players to copy some of their strategies, look at dustloop, and just learn from the experience of playing ranked/lobby matches. My previous experience from my 2 years of playing fighting games has also helped but I still feel like i have a long way to go.

I know right! It’s surprising how many people get caught slipping by it. Sometimes I’ll use it multiple times in the same match and people will get hit by hit every time lol.

The notation is [4]6S~P If you're confused what this means you just do the input for S horizontal dolphin how you normally would then after you have to quickly press the P button (this is referred to as a plink) to successfully do a dolphin stop. If you're using the default button layout on a playstation controller like me an easy way to do it is to sort of slide your thumb down from the triangle button to the square button after S dolphin comes out. That timing is a bit strict so you'll probably have to practice it in training mode for a bit before it really clicks for you. It took me like 2 weeks to finally build my muscle memory for May's new special moves and I still mess up sometimes so don't feel discouraged if you can't do it consistently right away.
