hey this is about Jessica Alba's character in "Sin City", Nancy Callahan! As usual I am impressed by how much thought you put into the narrative and the visual presentation of your performances, as well as your ability to disappear into so many different roles.

Well deserved nomination for sure! I love the use of coloured lighting to create atmosphere, you making sure to keep eye contact with the audience, as well as the choreography focusing on showing off your well toned muscular legs. The specific combination of 1920's/1930's cabaret influences with more modern touches is also interesting, for me that is one of the things that make your performances really worth watching.

I like that your dance style shows a clear influence from Julia Batory (1920's/1930's inspired fashion and music + lots of elaborate leg work) but ends up looking and feeling very different from hers.

Amazing performance as usual MJ! I love how you can pull off so many different characters, atmospheres and storylines with very different dance/fashion/music styles in your performances.

This is really good - getting a lot of variation and complexity while keeping it subtle, as befits a soft and melancholic piece. I can also see several moves, that I can gather are difficult to pull off from women in my IRL friend circle who are into modern dance, without ever coming across as flashy.

I like how fluid and inventive your moves are, as well as the choice of background music.

Impressed by your legwork, as well as you maintaining eye contact with the audience even during fairly difficult moves, your choreography matching the movement and narrative structure of the song, as well as how your look + theme puts a modern twist on the 1920's/1930's era cabaret inspiration.
