Booyah Pad Crasher Vs Spro King Daddy (Topwater Frog Fishing)
Me and Weston planed a trip to go fish a pond that is loaded with largemouth bass and its also loaded with a bunch of grass. Any body of water that has water milfoil or know as grass can produce one of the best bass fisheries ever. That's why lake Logan is a really good bass lake. Those Bass got all that grass to hide in and it just makes a great fishery. I was throwing a Booyah Pad Crasher and Weston was throwing a Spro King Daddy frog. If you don't know the king daddy frog is a ginormous frog for big big bass I'm talking big bass. We both caught some fish with the frogs. The Ohio River is an amazing fishery. I will never look at this river the same. I got on a really good bite and hooked 2 fish Ohio hybrid striped bass. I also hooked a 19 Incher on a spinnerbait. Decided to do a little big swim-bait fishing in a creek with a waterfall. This creek is loaded with a bunch of largemouth bass. Today I was throwing Michael Lamberts Custom baits. I went out to the lake to do a little Thanksgiving fishing today. The bite was really good. I threw a rapala x rap all day long a caught a bunch of largemouth. November fishing can be tough but it still can be done.

The Fall Bite is starting to kick in here in the Hocking Hills. Put the Kayak in Lake Logan and the bite was fire. Caught multiple bass and got lucky and caught a 12 inch Saugeye. It's so hard to catch one of these fish.

Awesome fish dude! I always wanted to catch one of them. Hooked a 2ft one at Kiser Lake with a 3" Berkley Powerbait swimbait with my light set up. Took my Lifetime Tamarack pro for a ride. Snapped the line by the seat while trying to get it out of the water. Yesterday I couldn't keep the bass off the Yamamoto senko black/blue wacky up at East Harbor. Probably try that at Logan this weekend. I need to borrow your 5lb bass for a photo lol

@@BookmanBassin Yup Wife did the same at Lake Hope spillway with a stupid dark green/ red flake tube. I was hitting them with a Big Joshy 3.25 Bullhead dark green/ off white swimbait. The Rat L Trap wasn't working there just at Logan

What was your rod,reel, and line setup for your jerk bait?
I am using a 7ft 3 pitching and flipping and frogin rod. I am using braid. Don’t recommend braid to leader just use 10-12 lb fluorocarbon. That’s a shimano curado 8.2.1 gear ratio I think. Thanks for asking!
