hi! thanks for the comment! i am the creator of this pmv, so i think i would know which one it is + have the ability to label it as such. i personally consider this a pmv due to lack of any frame by frame animation and by the fact it is literally a bunch of pictures. i would be happy to know why you consider it an amv though!
i personally consider it an amv because of how the frames came to be. pictures imo are almost always created through photography, and since you drew them, they imo should be considered drawings, thus an animation (or animatic in this occasion)@@kuranberii_
drawings by themselves do not create an animation! plus, drawings can be pictures and vice versa. these are drawings, but drawings dont make something an amv. that needs animation. this pmv has simple tweening, and i do not consider it an amv. also, i would not consider this an animatic since i view it as a finished product. in the end, it comes down to how the creator wants to label their work, and i label this a pmv.
