I idolize her Bridget Jones , she’s so beautiful.
So bacteria causes cavities, sounds very reasonable Alcohol kills bacteria Why is alcohol based mouthwash bad? And what does any of this have to do with flouride toothpaste
I watched this full episode and it might be my favorite Huberman vid. What I love about short reels is that I can save them and get a little reminder boost without having to go back to the full episode. This one was EXACTLY the part I wanted! Encouragement to use resisting temptations (for me, right now, to keep checking my damn socials while I'm trying to get some Deep Work done!) knowing that everytime I choose not to "dose" I'm making that reisistance part of my brain bigger, and thereby it gets easier and easier. So cool. Thanks.
Thank you 😊
It's actually so hard to be present but definitely every time I acheive it I feel amazing like I'm a soul driving this physical body! I'm definitely gonna try putting some reminders around me!
be thankful or greatful is the ultimate healing therapy. The organe response is immediate
blessings! yes absolutely
Don’t you ever say “ what “ to eckybear mid prophecy again
😂
haha so sorry made a special one today just for YOU :) hope you benefit from it !
I still think i am going to drink. Whisky has been with me when i am sad and when i have been happy.
that's really unfortunate, what age did you start drinking?
Camp fires only exist for drinking
haha is that really all you do around a fire?
I don’t think I’ve ever seen people sit around a fire without alcohol… More importantly on the comment about “it goes way back in our linage” humans learnt to control fire around 400,000 - 300,000 years ago meanwhile We developed the ability to consume alcohol somewhere between 21 million to 7 million years ago before we were even human.
Great point, and it's true that many of us associate fireside gatherings with alcohol. The history of alcohol in our evolutionary timeline is indeed fascinating! Our aim is to explore how reconnecting with these ancient practices, like gathering around a fire, can also enrich our lives today without necessarily including alcohol. It's about rediscovering those deep-rooted connections and creating meaningful experiences that are also kind to our well-being. Give it a try and let us know :)
Actually we used to have camp fires under the stars and drink ceremonial cacao or kombucha instead of alcohol, we need to do that again I miss those nights 😢
Far more wholesome to do that when drinking I highly recommend trying it!
"Get a life before you become someone's wife" ! Haha wise words Beyonce
Ah the hollywood elite wonder if oprah still scamming hawaii land owners still
Oh my God! I totally forgot about that! what even happened with it ?
Please elaborate fully because its not clear what he is trying to say here.....
Did you try and watch it to understand what he is trying to say?
it means you should do things you don't want to do to build your mental strength, hope that makes sense?
Interesting, so keep doing things we don't wanna do 😭
yes 100%
Ok super vague. So what does that mean? Is it good, bad? Cancer gets bigger too. Come on…
Bigger means better in this context
I believe it means you can train your AMCC as if it were a muscle by doing things you don't want to do!
hey thanks for responding, hope you have a blessed day !
I think the study he's referring to is: "The Tenacious Brain: How the Anterior Mid-Cingulate Contributes to Achieving Goals" by Touroutoglou et al 2020. I'd recommend to google it, then skip to the conclusion and 'Outstanding Questions Box' section at the end, which says almost exactly what Huberman was saying. The one difference is that the study doesn't seem to state as boldy as Huberman that doing difficult things causes the aMCC to grow - it's likely that it does, but at the moment their main claim is that tenacity is correlated to the size and function of the aMCC (people with larger and more active ones tend to be more tenacious).
What episode is this?
Thank you for your question ! Andrew Huberman & David Goggins podcast Build Inner Strength, brilliant podcast!!
So sugar feeds the bacteria that cause cavities, I feel like that is a close relationship for cavities and sugar. Just sayin
carbs turn into sugar just in case you didn't know :)
Not sure what you’re getting at, carbs are turned into sugar in your digestive system.
In case you weren't aware the remains of carbs in your teeth turn to sugar, technically you are right about carbs turning to sugar in your digestive system your mouth is part of it the digestive juice is made by your saliva :)
I am aware, and again I don’t see the point of bringing up carbs in the first place. The clip you posted is a guy talking about how sugar doesn’t cause cavities, but sugar feeds the bacteria that does cause cavities, so, I said it seems that since it is only once removed that sugar may not technically cause cavities it is obviously a major contributor to cavities. Then you start talking about carbs in a condescending way, I didn’t even bring up carbs. Maybe post someone else’s content having to do with responding relevantly.
@@seanmcmurran7552 so when you eat carbs or sugar you need to clean your mouth, DON'T use some products to clean your teeth. Does that make sense now?
My siblings when growing up ended up with cavities where I didn't have a single one. I generally avoided candy as much as possible and I rarely brushed my teeth in the summer if I didn't go anywhere.
So it's definitely not genetic! Did you use coconut oil or salt to brush your teeth or was there any specific routine you followed?
God is good 🙏 I believe 🙏
Celebs gain and lose weight for roles with lots of help and incentives of millions paid. So she won't answer. Weight change is hard on the. body and spirit but celebs have strong incentives. The question is sexist because men aren't interrogated about body building gains and loss for their roles even though now with marvel movies the stars must have a phenomenal fitness level. And gsin weight and muscle or in a few cases lose weight. Its not just women
Thanks for bringing that up! You’re spot on about the pressures and perks celebs face, and how it’s different for men and women, especially with all those superhero roles lately. It’s definitely a conversation worth having. How do you think we can start changing the way we talk about body changes for everyone, not just women? 😊
The sad thing is we women promote this and do this.. to ourselves! We are our own worst enemy
So true, and it's an important conversation to have. It's interesting how we often hold ourselves to standards that we wouldn't impose on others. How can we start supporting and uplifting each other more? Would love to hear your thoughts and ideas on this. 💖
The question never got answered,( how did she loose the weight ?)
OMG this comment is gold haha, it seems the mystery of the century remains unsolved! Maybe it was all those 'heavy' roles she decided to let go of? What do you think her secret could be? Magic juice or just chasing after roles? 🏃♀️
Theres a difference between being overweight and being a healthy weight. Being too skinny can be unhealthy too and people need to learn that
absolutely, 💯balance is key. The problem is, how can we promote health without offending some people?
@@MindfulWealth11 yeah. People definitely are very aggressive with making people work out. Instead recommend getting accountability partners and find a work out style that works for you
It becomes a thing where people can claim they're trying to help people but calling them fat and ugly and telling them to go to the gym isn't helping them. Spread positive stories of how it's helped you and if that doesn't motivate them that's on them. Not much we can do to influence people's lives but if we want to, hate will never be the way. It just leads to body dysmorphia and pain and tears.
that's absolute gold! yes spread a positive message and be kind about it! I love this. thank you so much for sharing it seems you are speaking from experience well said queen 👸👏
spreading awareness, and being kind.. it's a choice ! love this 👏
It's AI. Lip movements dont match.
actually it's footage from that same interview, none of this was AI it was pure effort that I put in, you can ask your friends for their input :-)
@@MindfulWealth11 I don't believe you. Your videos are manipulated to push an agenda.
Wait ... what agenda do you think I'm trying to push?
Affirmations are real
Every thought is an energy
so true 🙏
hollywood is about making money and marketing is a part of that. pretty women and handsome men.
marketing "good-looking" isn't so bad, you wouldn't market for something that doesn't look appealing?
(1) If they showed how her new skinny look 🔥, the reason would be obvious why it's better. (2) "Invaluable" means extraordinarily valuable. So, Rene used it incorrectly.
Appreciate your thoughts! 'Invaluable' was a mix-up, but the message is about celebrating all forms of beauty. Thank you for your comment :)
This makes me feel like she is playing the victim!!!!! Who loses noticable amounts wgt and expect no one to ask how did she do it!!!!! She doesn't wanna say how and trying to shift the conversation!!!
It's natural to be curious about noticeable changes. The key takeaway here is focusing on understanding and empathy over curiosity. I'd like to think Renee aims to shift the focus to a more inclusive conversation about self-worth beyond just physical appearance. don't you think society is more focused on appearances?
I think she used invaluable wrong. It means indispensible instead of "not valuable' which is how she used it.
interesting perspective indeed, I think you might be right. Thank you
Yeah, 'invaluable' does mean priceless. Thanks for highlighting that! It underscores the idea that every individual's worth is beyond measure. 🌟
@@MindfulWealth11 "one way of being is acceptable and the other is priceless"? That doesn't make sense. Skinny is acceptable and fat is priceless? Acceptable and priceless aren't opposite. She just used the word invaluable wrong. Other transcriptions of this quote correct it with "isn't valuable" which is what Renee meant (she was looking for valueless), but is closer to her syntax.
aha! I see, thank you so much for pointing that out to us! you are a blessing !!!
One way of living (being) encourages a longer life with less health complications...being overweight means you are OVERweight...its not good for your health, and doesn't set a good example for yourself, your kids and your family- who all love you and want you around in their lives for as long as possible 🙏
Funny thing is her "overweight" was practically normal weight for the average woman but fat according to Hollywood standards. Unfortunately due to idiotic influence some people still believe that if your weight is 60-65 kg and the height is 165 cm you have obesity and need to lose weight!
It's just sad because some people are actually trying, people get different results despite similar amounts of work sometimes more 😢
absolutely, it's difficult to explain to some people though who only care about image
interesting ... is this fact or a speculating rumor? there are many large sized women in Hollywood who are stars, I believe they want to change that narrative about having to be skinny to be acceptable
couldn't agree more, thank you
👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
thank you :-)
