How did you get that tone?
What number bulb do we use? Your photo shows a package of Sylvania Bulbs # 7528. Is that the correct bulb?
I love music, I lost interest in you vid
No worries friend! I'm just glad you stopped by.
💖 'promosm'
Wrong lamp you nut
Well done mate. I appreciated for this video. Thank you so much
This was rad.
Thanks friend!
if Cute Without the E was written in 2023 #hyperpop #emomusic #coversong
That's the signal bulb
Wtf
Silly question do you have a video of replacing the entire assembly? I need to do so but haven't gotten to it yet
I don't, unfortunately. In fact, I don't even have that car anymore. Sorry I can't help.
I think you have to take the bumper off to replace it. I have to replace mine always and I don't you can access it through the wheel well fender
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I hadn't noticed the little door in front of the wheel, so I put this off for weeks. Mine was a single filament bulb as other commenters have said. 1057SL??? I haven't been able to find that one. I'm a packrat, found a bulb in a drawer that worked. It didn't even have a number, probably a knock-off of 1157. I think a P21 will work also. Thanks again, great video, pretty much right to the point!
I'm really glad it helped you out. I made it because I couldn't find anything on it either.
You saved me thabka so much I hate going to shop for a small thing like this and pay a ton of money when I can do this myself and since I am a girl seems like they always qant to over charge me or tell me that more stuff is wrong you are my savior thanks for making this video you are awesome.😊
I'm so glad it helped you!
are you on spotify?
Yeah. Search for Dissonance Machine I also publish under my name, Matt Ludwick
Nice!!
Dziękuję za pomoc
I see a STAR with the right lighting attitude and environmental behaviors you’ll win 🥇
yooo i am laughing my ass off why is this so accurate to the falling of the pic and the insistence on tapping the strings like theyre van halen
Haha, you totally get it. I was cracking up while editing it
This is really good I hope you keep it up, you got some serious talent!
Thank you so much for the encouragement!
all around real good
That's a cool guitar. What is it?
Thanks! It's an Agile Pendulum I believe. It's impressed me so far.
I like that a lot can I download anywhere? Great voice and a good song
I'll be releasing it soon. Follow me here and I'll post when I publish it!
@@MattLudwick will do buddy and I followed
Nice tats brethren!
Cast an anchor and find me
You're the best, my dude.
No you use hairspray jeez! After the liquid evaporates the hair spray acts like a glue. But also is removable
Yes dude! This is sick!
Fuck wit it
🤩 Wow!
Sounds great

Great job!!! Thank you! This simple video made an easy job easy. I will note that on my car, the bulb was 7506 and not 7528. 7506 is single filament/contact and the 7528 is dual filament/contact. I would have pulled the bulb first but the car wasn't here. Strangely, the lookup on the computer at the store showed 7528. Small matter, two trips but job done easily!
Would the other bulb work? What's the difference?
@@r335 If my memory is correct, it was the difference between single filament vs. dual filament. Probably won't work.
This was very helpful! Thank you!
Can this be done without a jack? Not sure what the jack is being used for? Helping out the cute girl in the front office at my kids school LOL, Thanks!
Yeah, as long as you turn the wheel all the way right, you should be able to get it. It was just hard to film with the tire being in the way.
Good shit. YT needs more "REAL" videos like this 👍
Silly little plastic holders instead of proper screws to hold the access flap on. Once you take off silly plastic type screw you have to get new ones other wise they Dont. Hold the access flap on properly and spray of the Tyre gets into the electrics. Poor design.
Haha, bro, you rock. This is exactly the video I was looking for…someone struggling as much as I know I will. 😂🤘🏻
Lol. Good video
Haha, RUclips disagrees, but thank you.
With dpf? Or just catalytics?
It's got the cats and resonators still. The rear mufflers are gone.
its GAS. We don't have TDI A8 D3s in the US
Dish soap and water is easiest. The soap will lock it on...
Do you have to jack the car to replace the bulb? I'm a little afraid of putting the jack myself but really don't want to pay someone to have to do this for me, I already have the replacement lights.
No, you can just turn the wheel all the way right to reach the access panel. I only jacked it up to film it.
@@MattLudwick Thank you so much!
Does anyone know what the replacement bulb is? Because my owners manual shows a different bulb and i asked fiat and just got shrugs lol
Looks like I used a 7528.
@@MattLudwick This is where it gets weird. That is what it is supposed to be. But for some reason. In my 500X its different. The socket and bulb are different.
Figured it out. I somehow ended up with a European model Fiat. Which has different bulbs.
Which bulb did you use ?
7507 for blinker& 7506 for Daytime running lights
I thought i was going to have to remove half the engine lmao. This helps a ton.
Glad it helped you!
Yeah I thought the same lol I have the same car
You can replace the useless Plastic screws with screw in rawplugs nice and easy to take off again as you just use a Philips. w@@hottyboyrepo911
Does anyone know the part number for the actual socket the light goes into?
Matt let me say your the man you've helped me exponentially in my LED conversion journey I'm trying to find CANbus lights that won't cause an issue Sylvanias will cause a ghost light in these cars meaning plug it in and it stays on indefinitely without a resistor which i would not Install on those skinny wires. But I need your help due to the lack of tutorials on this car I mean total lack i need you to help me figure out how to replace the interior rear push button lights I don't wanna break them or lose a spring so far I have headlights luggage compartment dome light fog lights all done just waiting on DRLs and this rear interior light. I know this is a long comment thx
Man, you're already ahead of me. I haven't bothered trying to change anything to LED because of the canbus system. Just isn't worth the time to me, and this is my wife's car.
@@MattLudwick so I've figured out the rear handle must be totally removed by popping off the two square covers on them and pulling the covers towards you till the handle clips pop loose thus removing the handle then you take the lense off and remove the bulbs. For the canbus system the headlights i used for foglights and headlights were the auxito brand headlights on Amazon with resistors built in. To access the foglights you already know how to do that. For the dome light you pry at the front of the dome cover with amazing force till it pops loose remove the whole assembly by simply unplugging the wiring harnesses connected to the dome then put your leds in. (Only pry from the front of the dome not the rear aka the windshield side). You can also pop the covers off the courtesy lights underneath the door (be careful placing the lenses back in as they are super sensitive they should just glide in of there's resistance reposition and reattempt). For the luggage compartment same thing pop it out put new bulb replace. There are obvious slots in the aforementioned lenses from which to pry. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO ALL OF THIS is all interior leds will remain slightly on and dim when the car is off the good news however is it does not harm your battery for the simple reason that because there is a constant current running to these lights to alert the driver of any bulb outtages that current was not enough to illuminate the original ugly halogen bulbs but it WILL be enough to slightly illuminate the new sexy LEDS. The End
Would think it would be to the right ... is there a back cap to keep out moisture? Does the holding mechanism twist like the headlamps? The midsection showing the replacement would be nice too.
It twists out. I think I mentioned that in the video. That keeps out moisture. But yeah, I spent almost no time on this. Just wanted to try and help everyone out!
Of course my wife’s car is different than all the other pieces of shit on you tube. I swear I fantasize about murdering the engineers that designed this piece of garbage. I can’t figured out how to get the damn bulb out!
Thanks Matt for the tutorial :-)
You're very welcome!
Thanks Matt, all done 😁👍 with fading light, a swiss army knife and using the hand that I'm not. Nice one for posting this video.
I'm glad it helped you!
?
Thanks for the video I had to replace mine today 😃
Glad it helped you!
Thanks Matt! This was a big help, and your video is way more professional than the ones I've done. My wife has been driving around for a year with a burned out DRL because I've been too lazy to fix it. This makes it look easy peasy.
I'm so glad it helped! I would make more, but the Fiat keeps not breaking down.
Good job! Thanks! You still have your X?
Sure do!
Matt Ludwick awesome!
