Hi! hmm, Id say that meat, fish, potatoes and like some pickled things like onions, cucumbers, beets etc is very common! I think most famously would be "surströmming", which is "rotten" fish haha. other than that "sill" (pickled herring), smoked/gravad lax (salmon), Jansons frestelse, cinnamon buns, Semlor, Princess cake, Smörgåsstårta etc. haha a lot of different foods!

@@vinterglitter Interesting, I like Cinnamon too. The pickled and "rotten" food I think is good to try, especially with rice, as long as the smell is tolerable, since I'm super sensitive to any odour, lol.

that's the tricky thing! ;;; it can be really expensive to get started in this industry since you need somewhere to sleep, to eat, pay the bills etc. meanwhile there's no guarantee you ill make a lot of money from the get go... nor for your clients to pay you quickly. ;; its hard cause we're not allowed to have part-time jobs. I was lucky to get established before covid, nowadays I think its even harder to get started ;; id say to bring at least 5,000USD since you need to find housing! good luck with everything 🤗
