First one was just holding strong attack twice and the final one was weapon art into strong attack. Hope you refered to one of them.

That was the Strong into Strong attack, the fully charged follow up has 2 hits in it

Levels don't affect stance damage. Square off is great for stance damage, since you can stun Loretta with just 2 casts, which this video showcases.
