Despair. FTL is a punishingly hard game sometimes. RNG (and further, RNG manipulation/mitigation) is a core tenant of FTL's gameplay loop. In these episodes, silly mistakes, rotten luck, and progressing tilt result in tragedy as I captain these three ships to their doom. I hope you can learn something from these misadventures.
