I'm 45 year old and I can tell you first hand that this kind of toxic behaviour is inbuilt in The GAA. My father played in a game in the 1960's that had a fight so bad, he called it the most disgraceful day of his life. I played in and watched plenty of games like this in the 90's. Reflecting back, I blame the toxic adults who allowed a culture like this to exist in the first place. Until there's a zero tolerance approach to fighting, including within every single club, this kind of stuff will carry on.

I love to find out where the man in the black jacket lives, and that young fella in the green should never be aloud on a pitch again. Try that 30 year ago and see what would happen you.

I remember that cup final, SAF was actually trying to sub on Tim Howard for the shoot out, but Arsenal actually stopped the ball going out of play for the last 5-6 of Extra Time. That was the most impressive play they had of the whole game. Imagine trying to get the ball out of play for a substitution but you cant get a free kick, throw in, corner or anything then the match is over.
