I hear you regarding the injustices that have occurred in the past to the black community, however as a society we’ve moved so far from all of that. When you get a chance listen to Heather MacDonald and ant speech she’s done on her book The Diversity Delusion. It’s truly eye opening at how academia has sowed seed of hatred. I’m not in denial that there are bigots in society, or that racism doesn’t exist, even though I would say those people are a slim minority. I have experienced racism personally. I was the only white student taking computer networking in an all black class. When it came time to partner up no one partnered with me and the professor who was also black didn’t say anything. I don’t hold any animosity or hatred, but rather understand what it feels like. Every persons experiences are different however I personally believe that systemic racism is a lie perpetuated to keep minorities angry and filled with hatred. It’s just a sad time. However, we were born for these times to share the love of Christ, strengthen our brothers and sisters in Christ and call those who are lost to repent, that all are appointed to live once and afterward the judgement. sabrinajsxoxo I hope you don’t mind but I believe I’d like to do a video response to your awesome question. My short response is, when engaging her be sure to ask plenty of questions. With regard to Christian being pagan I’d ask what she thinks about Acts 11:26. I’d ask her to give specific examples of the text she believes have been altered. In the end, as long as Jesus Christ is being proclaimed as the only Son of God, and we are saved by grace through faith and neither is of us, that salvation is the gift of God through the life, crucifixion death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ then there is no reason for arguments. From the way she puts it, she believes the whole New Testament was originally written in Hebrew and the Catholic Church got rid of the original manuscripts to make them Greek, allowing twisting of words in scripture like Christian and church and the name of Jesus. So it then leaves room in her mind like... what else could have been altered? Why is Paul so “misunderstood “ that kind of thing. I had no idea her beliefs went so deep as to question the trinity. As she believes that is also a pagan idea from the Catholic Church.

Also, she follows a less renowned leader, Tom Stapleton and gets a lot of teaching from him. Very works based. All Torah, through belief in Jesus, maintaining Christ’s deity while downplaying it as well because He does as God the Father tells Him. I feel like a dog chasing its tail when we speak about faith!

@@BertStarzer understandable. That's one of the GOOD things (a love for Israel and the Jewish people) that the enemy uses to suck people into the Hebrew roots movement. As you know, I was involved in Hebrew roots as well, for me it came from wanting to show my love to God through obedience. Those are the tricks the enemy uses. We can still be obedient to God and we can still love the Jewish people and support Israel without having to believe the doctrine behind Torah Observance.
