    all good learning in podcast , but India still is sellers market not Buyers market in retail or e commerce, please talk about new start up has to go through registration of SKUs , Display merchandising charges from retailer , total nos of stores modern trade, A,B,C class , chain of outlets, credit issues no one talks coke or levers distribution partners turnover is very high what are the reason for that request you to cover problems on ground

    No body really wants to understand the customer nowdyas, these companies want fast results , leads numbers without really doing the ground work or actually understanding the pain points of buyer which the business can solve, this is a long term game of consistency and perseverance.

    Most of the start ups nowdays unfortunately seems to have got all the wrong KPIs to evaluate success, the sales team need to have this type of research intensive analysis in place first, this was an eye opening session ... cheers, looking forward to more such episodes
