Great test. One question: When running the fridge on LP, are there any concerns that the fan might cause issues with the flame? i.e. blowing it out and then having LP flowing with no flame? Would it be best to install the fans in the roof vent area? Thanks!!

Good Question. I investigated the possible interference with the flame with the NRVTA experts before deciding to put the fan where I did. They assured me that there would be no problem in that the flame is protected in the chimney/flue area. That being said, the Beechlane experts feel that the best performance will be realized with the fan located in the upper vent area whether in the upper sidewall vent or roof vent. It is a more difficult install in a roof vent, but doable with a little more effort. Just make sure that the fan blows out the upper vent, pulling air in through the bottom vent.

Fantastic test and explanation!!! I have a Beech Lane fan (same one you have) coming today. Have a older Dometic Royale in a old Lance truck camper. Exhaust is on the roof, will install up there. Fridge cools fine in 70-80 degree weather but really struggles in the high 90's

Thank you for the feedback, Ed. The Beechlane Fan has performed flawlessly and made a significant difference in the refrigerator's ability to function in the het of summer. I am confident that it will work well for you, too.
