EBU had a mistake publishing San Marino ahead or Romania. The rules clearly say that in the case of a tie with 0 points, the song performed earlier gets the higher placement. So, Romania was 15th (position 3) and San Marino 16th and last (position 12).

I never got it why Romania didn't do better. It was a good song.

10 years of pre-qualified being last and it was never us. 🇮🇹😌 Now that I wrote this comment next year it's definitely going to be us. 😂😂😂 Also the tiebreak rule in the semifinals is just plain out stupid, they should have counted both as last placed.
