There's a difference between criminal trespass and giving an official trespass warning. The officers can and did give a legal trespass warning to both homeowners. This requires the homeowner to ID himself. You may not like it but the officers didn't do anything inappropriate in this interaction.

Wow, I drove past this area today. I didn't even know about this incident because I don't watch the news. I grew up not far from that location and hadn't been over this way in a while. I got the most evil vibes and energy passing by this land. I wasn't able to shake it so I was doing research on what's being build there. That's when I learned about the retaining wall and found your video. I couldn't believe that Sayreville approved this building. It's so ugly and huge. I picked up this evil energy as I drove by and wanted to learn more about Ashland. I just wanted to give you Kudos for your reporting. Is it a wonder that Peabody Officer Sargent Sia acted the way he does. The Corruption starts at the top and trickles its way down. Unfourntley I don't see this kind of thing stopping because it probably goes all the way to the top and there are some heavy hitters involved. I don't see Internal affairs would do much because if they were interested in what was best for the people they would have stopped this already. I wnt to say this. I've seen mny of these kinds of vids and they do entice the police so they can get them in a very unfavorable light. I get and appreciate holding the police accountable. I've never had mny contact that was favorable thus, my opinion is low however, I dnt think it's morally rit to antagonize, poke, and prod them until they come unglued, they are human and Noone is going to put up with those that's looking 4 confortion .
