This attitude towards leaving the EU is a case in point. Good thing or bad thing - & no-one with any understanding believed the benefits would suddenly shower down immediately after leaving - was not the result of Tory mis-management. David Cameron, p.m. at the time of the referendum, was in favour of remaining, resigned when the vote went against him. Jeremy Corbyn, famous for NOT being a Tory, was in favour of leaving. Actually the National Insurance Tax is a general tax on wage earners and is NOT used specifically to fund the NHS. The NHS is funded out of general taxation. So long as general taxes are not all diverted to Ukraine and Israel, the NHS will always be fully funded...
